Booking via the Internet is always a matter of trust. As a rental agency, we can only rely on the trust that you as a client are prepared to give. For our many regular customers the decision to book with us is quite easy, because they already had a wonderful holiday in a villa and returning is just a matter of when not if. For those customers who were referred to us through recommendations from existing clients it is also quite straightforward, because you already have someone who shared his personal LVCC Cape Coral experience with you.

Thank you! We love the Luxury Villas! You guys are fantastic.
It’s so hard to relax during this COVID-19 period, and Villa Veranda makes you feel like you are on your luxury regular vocation,
when sun is still bright, when people around are still smiling and you feel like nothing change in this world!!!!
We had so much fun, and fully satisfied with everything! We highly recommend this villa to everyone who wants to enjoy the vocation, like we used to do it before!!!!
The price worths it, and 5stars hotel is not better! Also, we want to tell Thank you to Anja- she is so professional and always was there for us!!!

Best family vacation ever

obwohl wir zuerst etwas "unsicher" waren was uns in Cape Coral nach dem Hurricane erwartet, durften wir in einem superschönen und sehr gepflegem Haus unseren Urlaub verbringen und hatten wunderschöne Tage bei herrlichem Wetter.
Gerne kommen wir bei der nächsten Cape Coral Urlaubsplanung auf die Villa Different zurück.

We zijn zeer tevreden over ons verblijf in het geweldige huis Isabel wat we hebben gehuurd via LVCC.
Het huis (incl. de boot die klaar lag) was van alle gemakken en luxe voorzien, groot, schoon, modern en aan elk detail was gedacht.
ik wil Michael daar nog hartelijk voor bedanken. Kortom: LVCC is een heel betrouwbaar en goed bedrijf die de service en luxe leveren wat ze beloven en dat verdient de maximale 5 sterren!

Die Villa Amalaya war wirklich toll und wir konnten die Zeit dort sehr genießen. Wunderschön waren die Sonnenuntergänge auf dem nach Westen ausgerichteten Poolbereich mit Blick in den breiten Kanal.
Wie immer war der Ablauf sowohl im Vorfeld als auch während unserer Zeit in Cape Coral bestens organisiert und die Betreuung vor Ort hervorragend.
Wir freuen uns schon wieder auf unseren nächsten Urlaub in Cape Coral und natürlich wieder in einer Taumvilla von LVCC.

Thank you so much for opening up your beautiful vacation rental to us for the past 3 weeks in sunny Florida. From the moment we arrived we were blown away by the stunning views and the inviting pool. Every day spent here felt like a dream, and we honestly didn’t want to leave!
We truly appreciate all the thought & care you put into making this place feel like a home away from home. It was the perfect escape from the hustle & bustle of every day life.
We will always cherish the memories made here, and we hope to return again in the future!

wir sind zurück aus unserem wundervollen Urlaub und haben diesen sehr genossen. Das Wetter war von Charleston bis Cape Coral ein Traum und wir konnten sehr viel Sonne tanken. Ich wollte mich hiermit auch sehr herzlich für den Aufenthalt in der Villa Glory Days bedanken. Die Bilder haben nicht zu viel versprochen und wir haben ein schönes und gepflegtes Haus vorgefunden, in welchem wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben.
Wir haben uns wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt in der Villa und haben die Zeit genossen.Die Lage der Villa ist zusätzlich ein Traum, dort kann man sich super entspannen und den Urlaub einfach nur genießen.Wir werden Sie auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen und mit Sicherheit irgendwann wieder eine Villa mieten.Lieben Dank auch an Herrn Walter, er hat uns super empfangen und bei Fragen immer erreichbar.
Wir genossen 2 ganz tolle Wochen in der super Villa Galaxy sowie in der sehr schönen Villa Spirit of the River! Der Urlaub war auch deshalb so angenehm, weil rund um die Miete und die Villen einfach alles geklappt hat: Die Häuser waren wie gebucht bereit, keine komplizierte Ueber- und Abgabe und eine ganz tolle Betreuung vor Ort hat es für uns sehr einfach und angenehm gemacht. Ganz klar: Wir kommen wieder zu Euch!

Lovely home, beautifully furnished. Nice views of the wide canal. There is a dock and boat lift if you want to rent a boat. Couldn't ask for a better place to spend our vacation.

Wir sind gestern gut in Deutschland angekommen und hatten wirklichen einen sehr schönen Urlaub.
Die Villa Atlantis hat daran einen großen Anteil. Sie hat unsere Vorstellungen übertroffen, da das Haus in Wirklichkeit noch einmal ganz anders wirkt als auf den BIldern.
Auch die Betreuung vor Ort war vorbildlich und rundete das Gesamtpaket ab.
Herzlichen Dank auch noch mal an Sie für den netten Kontakt, den wir auch schon vor der Reise hatten.

From the moment we arrived at Luxury Villas Cape Coral, we knew we were in for something special.
The villa was spotless, beautifully decorated, and came fully equipped with everything we could possibly need — from a gourmet kitchen to plush towels.
Waking up to the serene canal views, enjoying coffee by the private pool, and ending our evenings with sunset dinners on the patio made every day feel like a dream.
The attention to detail and the high standard of luxury exceeded all expectations.
The location is perfect — peaceful, yet just a short drive to beaches, restaurants, and shops.
The management team was also top-notch: friendly, responsive, and truly committed to ensuring a 5-star experience.

We spent two wonderful weeks in Villa Alice. We've rented many of the homes in Cape Coral and are always very pleased to come back. The pool was one of our favorites were we spent a lot of time. Also the location of the villa is great.

Unsere Familie verbrachte im Mai 2025 zehn herrliche Tage in der Villa Amalaya in Capa Coral. Das Haus erfüllte alle unsere Wünsche in jeder Hinsicht. Tolle Lage, sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber.
Die zwei separat zu steuernden Klimaanlagen waren perfekt für uns. Pool und Aussicht einfach top.
Der Kontakt mit LVCC war von der Anfrage bis zur Kautionsrückerstattung immer freundlich und kompetent.
