Booking via the Internet is always a matter of trust. As a rental agency, we can only rely on the trust that you as a client are prepared to give. For our many regular customers the decision to book with us is quite easy, because they already had a wonderful holiday in a villa and returning is just a matter of when not if. For those customers who were referred to us through recommendations from existing clients it is also quite straightforward, because you already have someone who shared his personal LVCC Cape Coral experience with you.
To help our new customers - who have found their way directly to us - take that leap of faith as well we would like to share some of our customers' experiences with you.

Pictures didn‘t lie, even better! Perfect home, super introduction in all utilities of the house and many good information on activites in the area. Great five star service and support! Die Tage in Cape Coral waren für mich wie auch allen anderen Mitreisenden absolut traumhaft.
Die Villa hat sich exakt so schön gezeigt, wie es die Fotos im Internet versprechen - das Wetter war sowieso erwartungsgemäß heiß und fast immer sonnig.
Auch der sympathische Empfang am Tag nach unserer Anreise war für uns sehr angenehm – wir mussten nicht einmal unsere verstaubten Englischkenntnisse strapazieren.
Kurz zusammengefasst kann ich nur sagen, dass alles in allem für uns perfekt war:
Die wunderschöne Villa mit ihrer hervorragenden Ausstattung und besonders auch die unkomplizierte und kompetente Abwicklung seitens der Agentur.
Auf alle Fälle werden wir das „Gesamtpaket“ gerne weiterempfehlen.
Abschließend möchte ich noch die tollen Lage erwähnen, direkt gegenüber von Cape Harbour. Restaurants und Bars für schöne Abende im Hafen waren schnell erreichbar

Wir hatten die Villa Aquamarin die ersten 14 Tage im April 2023 für 7 Personen gemietet.
Da wir bis jetzt nur Hotels in den USA genutzt hatten, waren wir sehr gespannt. Die Abwicklung im Vorfeld funktionierte perfekt und freuten uns schon.
Was soll ich sagen: von 100 möglichen Punkten sind 100 erreicht worden.
Wir waren alle super zufrieden. Der Vorortservice, sogar in deutsch, funktionierte perfekt.
Das Objekt war sehr gepflegt und in einem sehr gutem Zustand.
Einziges Problem: der Urlaub war wieder viel zu schnell rum.
Mein Fazit ist, dass wir LVCC sehr gern weiter empfehlen werden und dies auch bereits mit Freunden geteilt haben.
Unser nächster Florida-Urlaub wird uns definitiv wieder zu zusammen führen. Noch einmal vielen Dank und viele Grüße.

gerade sind wir zurück aus der schönen Villa Ocean Dream, in der wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben.
Daher würden wir gerne unseren Aufenthalt im nächsten Jahr in diesem Haus verlängern.
Respekt vor der Leistung der Hausverwaltung, die dafür Sorge getragen hat, dass das Haus bei unserer Anreise, trotz des Hurrikans, in einem TOP Zustand war.

Wir hatten tolle Wochen im Oktober/November in der Villa Eight Lakes. Die Villa ist einfach super schön und genauso wie auf der Webseite beschrieben. Tolle Lage mit allem was man braucht/will.
Sehr angenehme Kommunikation mit LVCC - es hat alles bestens geklappt und die Betreuung vor Ort war bestens.

I was frankly astounded by the excellency of my stay in this house in Cape Coral. I don't know if it was the location that impressed me, or maybe it was the cool pool, bubbly jacuzzi, or the classy quality of the furnishing.
The master bedroom I stayed in was magnificent and had a vast and very clean bathroom.
It was a special place to spend my days off and I couldn't think of a better place to stay in Cape Coral.
Our stay was excellent.
My wife and I appreciate the quality of the villa we rented along with the professionalism of your staff and ease of the rental process throughout. We will certainly keep this in mind for future trips and communicate our great experience with others. Have a great day.

Die Zeit in Florida war einmal mehr fantastisch.
Die Ferien in Cape Coral waren traumhaft schön.
Von der Villa Amalaya waren wir total begeistert und fühlten und sehr wohl. Wir wollten gar nicht mehr nach Hause. Wie es leider so ist, vergehen Ferien immer viel zu schnell. Wir sind nun bereits wieder im Alltag angekommen und geniessen hier das herrliche Herbstwetter.
Ihr Service war super, alles hat immer bestens geklappt, der Kontakt mit Ihnen per Mail war immer angenehm. Auch in Cape Coral verlief die Übergabe des Hauses reibungslos. Wir sind sehr zufrieden.

Villa Industrial is a beautiful villa.
We stayed for 2 weeks and we enjoyed each and every moment…..we didn’t want our vacation to end - we even extended one more day at the end.
The house is beautiful, modern, clean with certainly has plenty of room.
The lanai is oversized to accommodate several people lying in the sun while enjoying the pool area and outdoor grill.
Bikes are available to use if you’d like to venture out and see some of Cape Coral as well.
The management company is extremely attentive while going above and beyond.
They responded immediately (within minutes) whenever I reached out and for any reason.
Isabel came to the house the day after we arrived to “check us in” she was so thorough and answered any questions that we had from hearing the pool to the iPad which controls just about everything else.
Isabel was wonderful.
This house has everything you need to enjoy your vacation for sure!!!!
This is the first time I have used LVCC and I frequently visit Cape Coral. For the past 15 years I have always gone through the same property management company (not LVCC) however I will be using LVCC again. They made a wonderful and lasting first impression.

My wife and I have stayed at both the Florida Diamond and Villa Amalaya and both were impeccable.
LVCC doesn't have subpar houses in its management portfolio.
If you're looking for a super high quality rental product at a reasonable price, LVCC is where its at.
Management is always responsive and very helpful. We will be using LVCC for years to come.

Wir sind gut und glücklich wieder zu Hause angekommen und haben den Aufenthalt in der Villa sehr genossen. Wir sind rundum zufrieden mit der Villa, dem Service vor Ort und der ganzen Abwicklung mit villas cc. Ein Kompliment möchte ich Ihnen auch für den sehr guten Internetaufritt und den ganzen Buchungsprozess machen, das gibt Vertrauen und strahlt Kompetenz aus.
