Booking via the Internet is always a matter of trust. As a rental agency, we can only rely on the trust that you as a client are prepared to give. For our many regular customers the decision to book with us is quite easy, because they already had a wonderful holiday in a villa and returning is just a matter of when not if. For those customers who were referred to us through recommendations from existing clients it is also quite straightforward, because you already have someone who shared his personal LVCC Cape Coral experience with you.
To help our new customers - who have found their way directly to us - take that leap of faith as well we would like to share some of our customers' experiences with you.

I can really recommend LVCC, friendly and accommodating staff. Everything has worked smoothly.

Wir, Martina und Elmar B. aus der Nähe von Hamburg, haben unseren Floridaurlaub wie immer in Cape Coral verbracht.
Nach ausgiebigem Stöbern auf villascc.de haben wir uns diesmal für die nagelneue Villa Timeless entschieden, die wir im Jahr zuvor, auf Tipp von Frau Winklbaur hin bereits im Bau „begutachten“ konnten.
Nach der, wie immer perfekten und unproblematischen Buchung über villascc.de war der Tag nicht mehr weit, an dem wir unsere Reiseunterlagen zugeschickt bekamen.
Die Villa Timeless liegt in der SW 45th Street, einer ruhigen Seitenstrasse des Sands Blvd., in Endlage direkt am spreader waterway.
Das Haus ist nach Westen ausgerichtet, was jeden Abend unvergessliche Sonnenuntergänge beschert.
Jeder, der Cape Coral kennt, weiss die unvergesslichen „million dollar views“ am spreader zu schätzen.
Villa Timeless zeichnet sich aus unserer Sicht insbesonders durch die sehr geschmackvolle Inneneinrichtung aus, die modernes Flair, mit dem typischen Florida Style kombiniert.
Annehmlichkeiten wie XL-LCD TV in allen Wohnräumen, eine Musikanlage, die Anschluss (und sogar Steuerung durch) iphone und ipod erlaubt, Internet Radio, freies WLAN, haben uns das Timeless als perfekte Wahl erleben lassen.
Die sehr schöne, grosse offene Küche mit kompletter Ausstattung vom Weinglas über die Tubberwareschale bis zur Grillzange (es wurde wirklich an alles gedacht) ist auch bei Belegung mit 6-8 Personen absolut ausreichend ausgestattet.
Masterschlafzimmer und Masterbath haben uns sowohl von der Ausstattung als auch Grösse überzeugt, das Masterbath hat neben eigenem, gefliessten grossen Duschbereich eine grosse Wanne, zwei getrennte Waschbereiche und es stehen hochwertige Hand- und Badetücher in grosser Anzahl zur Verfügung.
Auch die anderen Schlafzimmer sind liebevoll eingerichtet, wenngleich wir diese gar nicht nutzen konnten, da wir nur zu zweit unterwegs waren.
Platztechnisch können sich in der Villa Timeless aber auch 2-3 Paare oder eine Familie mit mehreren Kindern problemlos wohlfühlen und dennoch ihre Privatsphäre haben.
Getoppt wird das Innenleben des Timeless noch durch den übergrossen Pool- und Lanaibereich, der ein grossartiges Platz- und Wohlfühl Gefühl schafft und selbst für 4-8 Personen keine Platzangst aufkommen lassen würde.
Der ebenfalls übergrosse Infinity-Pool mit elektrisch oder solar beheizbarem SPA erlaubt sogar „echtes“ Schwimmen und ist selbst für Cape Coral Verhältnisse ein echter XL-Pool.
Viel besser als Schwimmen fanden wir es jedoch, uns einfach im Pool treiben zu lassen und den unvergleichlichen Blick aus dem Infinity Bereich über den Spreader in das gegenüberliegende Naturschutzgebiet schweifen zu lassen.
Für Familien mit Kleinkind(ern) ist ein mit wenigen Handgriffen montierbarer Baby-Fence vorhanden, ebenso eine Auswahl an Schwimmhilfen, Gummiboot etc. welches das Leben am und im Pool abwechslungsreich gestalten lässt.
Im Poolbereich steht auch ein hochwertiger Weber Gasgrill zur Verfügung, den wir oft und gerne genutzt haben.
Ein grosses boat-deck gehört ebenfalls zur Villa Timeless, boater werden den kurzen Weg in den Golf von Mexico schätzen.
Ein Boot kann bei Bedarf ebenfalls über die Agentur LVCC angemietet werden, was wir allerdings nicht genutzt haben.
Last but not least soll auch die erneut perfekte Betreuung vor Ort durch die Hausverwaltung erwähnt werden, die bei allen Fragen und Anliegen sofort und vor allem sehr freundlich zur Seite steht.
So war es z.B. kein Problem, umgehend 2 Fahrräder für unseren Aufenthalt zur Verfügung gestellt zu bekommen, vielleicht der einzige Verbesserungsvorschlag an der ansonsten perfekten Ausstattung….aber dies wäre wirklich meckern auf ganz hohem Niveau…
Alles in allem:
Die Villa Timeless war eine perfekte Wahl, wir würden sofort wieder hin fahren

We recently returned from our third stay at the beautiful Villa Frizzante and, as always, everything was absolutely perfect.
This is no ordinary rental as everything from the cookware /dishes to the furniture is first class.
The quality of this rental is a testament to both the owner and the management company.
Even after three years the villa shows no signs of wear. In fact, the owner goes to great lengths to ensure that their rental is constantly updated to reflect the highest standard and the LVCC rep is always available if we have questions.
For example, after our first stay, we casually mentioned that we were renting bicycles. To our great astonishment, upon arriving for our second stay, they surprised us with two brand new bikes for guest use.
I wholeheartedly recommend Villa Frizzante and LVCC…you will not be disappointed

UPDATE 2025....Just finished our fourth wonderful stay at Frizzante and the highest standards continue with new upgrades in TV and BBQ etc(even the towels were new this year).
Everything is maintained at a very high standard and management is quick to address any questions. We are already booked here for our next winter getaway.
I highly recomend both this villa and all LVCC properties as they are all beautiful and well taken care of.

Ich war mit meinem Mann und seinen Eltern zum Urlaub in Cape Coral. Wie immer, haben wir einen super schönen Urlaub verbracht. Es war schon das 3. mal dort.
LVCC kann ich nur empfehlen. Von der Buchung, über die Zahlung, Betreuung vor Ort, sowie den Abschluss nach der Reise, hat alles super funktioniert.
Isabel, die für uns zuständig war, hat alles sehr gut gemanagte. Sie war erreichbar, wenn man Fragen hatte, hat uns super eingewiesen ins Haus und sehr gute Tips gegeben, für den Urlaub vor Ort.
Alles in allem eine super Erfahrung, die ich nur weiter empfehlen kann

Nach drei Tagen New York haben wir uns in diesem Haus sofort heimisch gefühlt und konnten uns gut entspannen. Das Abreisen fällt uns sehr schwer. Die tolle Lage des Hauses hat uns wundervolle Bootstouren ermöglicht ... der PERFEKTE URLAUB ... Vielen Dank

Wir waren schon oft in Cape Coral, allerdings haben wir zum ersten Mal über LVCC gebucht. Wir können den Service nur weiterempfehlen. Das Haus war ein Traum und die Bilder haben nicht zuviel versprochen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Es war ein unvergesslicher Urlaub. Wir waren zum 3. Mal in Cape Coral und wir würden jeder Zeit wieder kommen. Das Haus ist unglaublich, wir haben uns sehr sehr sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir hoffen sehr, dass wir es erneut buchen können, es war für zwei Wochen unser Zuhause.

Die Villa Vertu war von unseren bisherigen sieben Buchungen bei Ihnen diejenige, welche uns am besten gefallen hat.
Das Haus selbst und die Lage sind einmalig, wir hatten jeden Morgen Delphine im Kanal, welche wir vom Pool aus beobachten konnten.
Da war es beinahe schon etwas schade, dass wir nur eine Woche gebucht hatten
Gerne aber kommen wir im nächsten Jahr wieder zu Ihnen nach Florida.It`s a promise!

Herzlichen Dank an das ganze LV CC Team - wir genossen 2 ganz tolle Wochen in der super Villa Galaxy sowie in der sehr schönen Villa Spirit of the River! Der Urlaub war auch deshalb so angenehm, weil rund um die Miete und die Villen einfach alles geklappt hat: Die Häuser waren wie gebucht bereit, keine komplizierte Ueber- und Abgabe und eine ganz tolle Betreuung vor Ort hat es für uns sehr einfach und angenehm gemacht. Ganz klar: Wir kommen wieder zu Euch!

gerade sind wir zurück aus der schönen Villa Ocean Dream, in der wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben.
Daher würden wir gerne unseren Aufenthalt im nächsten Jahr in diesem Haus verlängern.
Respekt vor der Leistung der Hausverwaltung, die dafür Sorge getragen hat, dass das Haus bei unserer Anreise, trotz des Hurrikans, in einem TOP Zustand war.

We had a wonderful time and will always think back to this special "spot"
We spent relaxed Christmas vacation at the villa Papageno.The furnishing of the house was elegant and luxury.
Also the villa was perfect located and had a gorgeous view to the wide canal.
The Villa left nothing to be desired. Even the Pool- and Spa-Heating was very easy to handle by tablet. We liked to use the Kajaks very much and we enjoyed our small tours over the canal.
The Solar Panels on the roof of the house kept the pool water comfortable warm and the power expenses enjoyable low.
If you compare this villa with a 5star-Hotel, you are much more flexible, you have more privacy, the house has a lot more space and during high season your costs are lower than in a comparable Hotel.
The Service was from the reservation to the introduction of the villa and the support during our stay was magnificent.
We were so satisfied, that we have booked our next vacation home at LVCC already.

The home was perfect in every way. From the minute we checked into the house, everything was excellent and exactly what anyone could want from a vacation home.
The property manager, was a pleasure to work with and very helpful with any questions on the house or the area. She was able to offer some suggestions on dining and sightseeing in the area.
The house was spotless and well appointed. The kitchen was great to cook in as well as the top notch grill on the patio. The beds are very comfortable. The bathrooms are beautiful and spacious.
The pool and spa were spotless as well and the temperatures can be adjusted to suit everyone’s tastes.
It is very obvious that the owners take great pride in this house and have not overlooked even the slightest detail.
My family has rented about six or seven times in the area and this home was without question, the best home so far. When we decide to rent again, this will be the house we will stay in!! Thanks again for a great home and a vacation with great memories!!
