Booking via the Internet is always a matter of trust. As a rental agency, we can only rely on the trust that you as a client are prepared to give. For our many regular customers the decision to book with us is quite easy, because they already had a wonderful holiday in a villa and returning is just a matter of when not if. For those customers who were referred to us through recommendations from existing clients it is also quite straightforward, because you already have someone who shared his personal LVCC Cape Coral experience with you.
To help our new customers - who have found their way directly to us - take that leap of faith as well we would like to share some of our customers' experiences with you.

We are going on vacation rentals in Florida for 10 years. You are the best agency.
Wir haben eine tolle Zeit in der Villa Monroe verbracht. Sie war super sauber und noch schöner als auf den Fotos.
Das Haus war mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Auch Salz, Pfeffer, Öl, Essig, Backpapier, …standen zur Verfügung. Ebenso 2 Angeln die gleich zum Einsatz kamen.
Der Pool war rießen groß und sehr sauber und auch der Spa war mega!
Wir haben es sehr genoßen bei Sonnenuntergang zu grillen, gemütlich zu Essen, zu schwimmen und dann Abends mit einer Flasche Bier draußen beim Fernsehen schauen den Abend ausklingen zu lassen.
Unsere Ansprechpartnerin Anja war super nett und beantwortete uns alle Fragen. Wir können die Villa Monroe jedem empfehlen.

Wir hatten einen traumhaften Aufenthalt. Für unseren Jahrestag wollten wir einmal etwas ganz besonderes geniessen und das Haus hat uns nicht enttäuscht. Ein ungestörter Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang war bei unserem Dinner wie man es sonst nur im Film sieht.
Danke auch an Ralph für den tollen Service.
Wir hoffen dass wir wieder einmal nach Florida kommen können und so etwas wiederholen können.

Ich möchte ihnen und ihrem Team auch im Namen der Mitreisenden herzlich danken. Der unkomplizierte Buchungsprozess sowie der Service und die Betreuung vor Ort haben maßgeblich zu einem wunderbaren Urlaub beigetragen. Als wir uns einmal versehentlich aus der Villa ausgesperrt haben, war der Verwalter nach einem Anruf umgehend mit einem Ersatzschlüssel vor Ort. Das war für uns auf Grund der doch recht weiten Strecken bzw. langen Fahrtzeiten keine Selbstverständlichkeit. Sehr gerne werde ich sie weiterempfehlen, da auch ich durch eine Empfehlung auf sie aufmerksam geworden bin. Das war mit Sicherheit nicht unser letzter Urlaub in Cape Coral.

Die Villa "Aquamarin" ist ein echter Traum. Wir haben uns hier bei all dem Luxus fast wie Hollywood Stars gefühlt. Wir wünschen Ihnen alles Gute und viele nette Mieter. Dem Haus fehlt es an nichts, außer einer kleinen Bibliothek. Wir haben den Anfang gemacht und Tess Gerritsen hinterlassen.

We recently returned from our third stay at the beautiful Villa Frizzante and, as always, everything was absolutely perfect.
This is no ordinary rental as everything from the cookware /dishes to the furniture is first class.
The quality of this rental is a testament to both the owner and the management company.
Even after three years the villa shows no signs of wear. In fact, the owner goes to great lengths to ensure that their rental is constantly updated to reflect the highest standard and the LVCC rep is always available if we have questions.
For example, after our first stay, we casually mentioned that we were renting bicycles. To our great astonishment, upon arriving for our second stay, they surprised us with two brand new bikes for guest use.
I wholeheartedly recommend Villa Frizzante and LVCC…you will not be disappointed

UPDATE 2025....Just finished our fourth wonderful stay at Frizzante and the highest standards continue with new upgrades in TV and BBQ etc(even the towels were new this year).
Everything is maintained at a very high standard and management is quick to address any questions. We are already booked here for our next winter getaway.
I highly recomend both this villa and all LVCC properties as they are all beautiful and well taken care of.
It’s so hard to relax during this COVID-19 period, and Villa Veranda makes you feel like you are on your luxury regular vocation,
when sun is still bright, when people around are still smiling and you feel like nothing change in this world!!!!
We had so much fun, and fully satisfied with everything! We highly recommend this villa to everyone who wants to enjoy the vocation, like we used to do it before!!!!
The price worths it, and 5stars hotel is not better! Also, we want to tell Thank you to Anja- she is so professional and always was there for us!!!

Es ist immer wieder schön, bei Ihnen eine Villa zu buchen. Sie alle arbeiten zuverlässig und sehr professionell. Man fühlt sich in guten Händen und kann Sie immer mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.
Schon die Durchsicht der Villen auf Ihrer Homepage macht immer wieder große Freude. Es ist sehr erfreulich, dass Ihre Bilder eins zu eins der Realität entsprechen. Bei Ihnen bekommt man die Leistung, welche sie auf den Bildern suggerieren. Super!!

Thank you so much for opening up your beautiful vacation rental to us for the past 3 weeks in sunny Florida. From the moment we arrived we were blown away by the stunning views and the inviting pool. Every day spent here felt like a dream, and we honestly didn’t want to leave!
We truly appreciate all the thought & care you put into making this place feel like a home away from home. It was the perfect escape from the hustle & bustle of every day life.
