Booking via the Internet is always a matter of trust. As a rental agency, we can only rely on the trust that you as a client are prepared to give. For our many regular customers the decision to book with us is quite easy, because they already had a wonderful holiday in a villa and returning is just a matter of when not if. For those customers who were referred to us through recommendations from existing clients it is also quite straightforward, because you already have someone who shared his personal LVCC Cape Coral experience with you.
To help our new customers - who have found their way directly to us - take that leap of faith as well we would like to share some of our customers' experiences with you.

Ich möchte ihnen und ihrem Team auch im Namen der Mitreisenden herzlich danken. Der unkomplizierte Buchungsprozess sowie der Service und die Betreuung vor Ort haben maßgeblich zu einem wunderbaren Urlaub beigetragen. Als wir uns einmal versehentlich aus der Villa ausgesperrt haben, war der Verwalter nach einem Anruf umgehend mit einem Ersatzschlüssel vor Ort. Das war für uns auf Grund der doch recht weiten Strecken bzw. langen Fahrtzeiten keine Selbstverständlichkeit. Sehr gerne werde ich sie weiterempfehlen, da auch ich durch eine Empfehlung auf sie aufmerksam geworden bin. Das war mit Sicherheit nicht unser letzter Urlaub in Cape Coral.
We certainly enjoyed every minute of our stay. The villa was magnificent and truly a home away from home.

Wir hatten hier eine tolle Zeit! Für unseren Sohn war der Pool besonders toll! Super, dass auch so viele Sachen für den Strand da waren.

Wir haben sicher schon 10 x über LVCC gebucht und waren auch dieses Mal wieder sehr zufrieden.
Tolles Haus, gute Umgebung, alles Bestens. Reservierung, Zahlungen usw. alles problemlos. Und die Betreuung vor Ort wieder bestens, hier wird sich gleich um jedes noch so kleine Problem gekümmert. Wir kommen wieder!

My family and I enjoyed our stay in wonderful Villa SheCrab from the very first second on.

Villa Sleek is a truly fantastic new house in a superb location, with excellent, high-quality, and tasteful furnishings. The house faces south and is situated on a side channel of the Spreader. Check-in and check-out were absolutely seamless. The management was friendly and dedicated. If I ever have the chance to come to America again, I would gladly stay there again.
We truly enjoyed every part of our stay at Villa Prestige. Anja and Oliver were so helpful and easy to work with. They made sure our stay went smoothly and we everything was taken care of. We will highly recommend LVCC to our friends and plan to return again! Thank you!

Es hat alles bestens geklappt, der komplette Ablauf war stressfrei und so wie man es sich erhofft und vorstellt.Kein Stress im Urlaub ist doch schön!

Thank you to the owners for opening your house to our family. Thank you to LVCC property management for your warm welcome! Our family of 4 enjoyed every minute of our stay. Cape Coral has become our home away from home in Massachusetts for the last 18 years and Villa Marco did not disappoint. Everything in this home is very well appointed. After a very beautiful week of sunbathing, swimming, cooking and reconnecting, we are sad to head home.
We would recommend Villa Marco to anyone looking for a villa in Cape Coral.

We've been spending our summer vacation here in Cape Coral for 15 years. Like every year we enjoy our vacation very much. Thank you for a wonderful time in an extraordinary house.
