Booking via the Internet is always a matter of trust. As a rental agency, we can only rely on the trust that you as a client are prepared to give. For our many regular customers the decision to book with us is quite easy, because they already had a wonderful holiday in a villa and returning is just a matter of when not if. For those customers who were referred to us through recommendations from existing clients it is also quite straightforward, because you already have someone who shared his personal LVCC Cape Coral experience with you.
To help our new customers - who have found their way directly to us - take that leap of faith as well we would like to share some of our customers' experiences with you.

Sehr gerne möchten wir uns bei dem gesamten LVCC Team recht herzlich bedanken.Die gesamte Abwicklung der Buchung und die Betreuung vor Ort waren wieder hervorragend.So konnten wir uns wirklich auf den Urlaub in der Villa Amalaya freuen und in vollen Zügen genießen.
Wir freuen uns schon jetzt auf ein Wiedersehen.

Very memorable & wonderful vacation
We brought our family to Cape Coral over the Thanksgiving holiday weekend (total of 9 adults & 2 infants).
The accommodations were just beautiful and we absolutely loved our time there!!
It was very important that the house be comfortable & clean as we knew with small children we would be spending the majority of our time enjoying the pool & facilities.
This home does not disappoint!! It is very well arranged in that every BR has a full bath so each party is able to have a bit of privacy as well.
We would definitely consider coming back in the future and hope to do so!!
The house is perfect!
There was simply nothing missing, and we had it all, relaxation, wellness and 3 wonderful weeks in Florida.

Unsere Maxime bei unseren vielen Reisen ist „nicht schlechter als zu Hause wohnen“ . Das ist eine echte Herausforderung, aber die Villa Galaxy hat unsere Maxime erfüllt. Ein fantastisches Haus, perfekte Lage mit Boot, gute Ausrichtung und noch bessere Einrichtung.
Fazit: perfektes Urlaubsziel und da wir nur zu zweit waren, üppig.

Es ist immer wieder schön, bei Ihnen eine Villa zu buchen. Sie alle arbeiten zuverlässig und sehr professionell. Man fühlt sich in guten Händen und kann Sie immer mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.
Schon die Durchsicht der Villen auf Ihrer Homepage macht immer wieder große Freude. Es ist sehr erfreulich, dass Ihre Bilder eins zu eins der Realität entsprechen. Bei Ihnen bekommt man die Leistung, welche sie auf den Bildern suggerieren. Super!!
Für die Gestaltung der Villen muss man Ihnen ein sehr großes Kompliment aussprechen. Sie sind bis ins kleinste Detail durchdacht und mit sehr viel Geschmack ausgestattet.
Bei uns gilt die Devise: Wenn eine Reise nach Florida geht, dann auch ein Aufenthalt in einer Villa von LVCC.

As we arrived, everything was perfectly prepared (Welcome letter and a folder with all necessary information, some softdrinks and beer in the fridge etc.). The villa was clean and the interior/decoration was very nice. During the time we had there, we felt absolutely comfortable. We would definitely come back. The Service from LVCC was perfect!

Ein wirklich wunderschönes Haus, eine tolle Lage & klasse Pool.
Vor allem der Outdoor-Grill ist genial. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit und kommen sehr gerne wieder! Die Hausverwaltung war auch super.

Was für ein traumhafter Aufenthalt. Wir sind zum 9. Mal in Cape Coral und wurden auch diesmal bei unserer Auswahl nicht enttäuscht. Das Haus ist nicht nur schön eingerichtet und blitzesauber, es ist auch gut ausgestattet. Am Pool war es herrlich entspannend. Ein Glas Wein, die Füße im Wasser, Grill an - Urlaub pur! Alles in allem ein perfektes Urlaubsdomizil. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt - nur mit mehr Palmen und weniger Terminen.

Anja answered all our questions right away and Rosemarie was very helpful meeting us at the villa and showing us all the features of the property.
Den Urlaub in der Villa Isabell haben wir in vollsten Zügen genossen; leider ging die Zeit viel zu schnell vorbei. Wir hätten es locker nochmals 1 Woche oder mehr dort ausgehalten.
Ein grosses Kompliment auch an LVCC: von der Buchung, Bezahlung, Check-in bis zum Check-out hat alles perfekt funktioniert !
Wir würden sehr,sehr gerne wieder einmal den Urlaub in einem Ihrer Traumhäuser verbringen. Und Florida lieben wir ohnehin sehr.
My wife and I have stayed at both the Florida Diamond and Villa Amalaya and both were impeccable.
LVCC doesn't have subpar houses in its management portfolio.
If you're looking for a super high quality rental product at a reasonable price, LVCC is where its at.
Management is always responsive and very helpful. We will be using LVCC for years to come.

We came all the way from Norway to enjoy this house! Thank you so much for opening your home so we could have such a lovely vacation here. We loved every minute of our stay in your beautiful home. Everything was perfect. Our daughter loved the pool just as much as we did, and it's clear to see that you put a lot of care and thought into it.
The home is absolutely stunning!
