Booking via the Internet is always a matter of trust. As a rental agency, we can only rely on the trust that you as a client are prepared to give. For our many regular customers the decision to book with us is quite easy, because they already had a wonderful holiday in a villa and returning is just a matter of when not if. For those customers who were referred to us through recommendations from existing clients it is also quite straightforward, because you already have someone who shared his personal LVCC Cape Coral experience with you.
To help our new customers - who have found their way directly to us - take that leap of faith as well we would like to share some of our customers' experiences with you.
On this page you will find a random selection of experience reports. This is a small excerpt from the reports we have received by email, in the guest books of the villas or as Google ratings. Unsere Familie verbrachte im Mai 2025 zehn herrliche Tage in der Villa Amalaya in Capa Coral. Das Haus erfüllte alle unsere Wünsche in jeder Hinsicht. Tolle Lage, sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber.
Die zwei separat zu steuernden Klimaanlagen waren perfekt für uns. Pool und Aussicht einfach top.
Der Kontakt mit LVCC war von der Anfrage bis zur Kautionsrückerstattung immer freundlich und kompetent.

Nur zu Empfehlen. Alles wie angekündigt wurde zu 100% erfüllt. Die Villa Frizzante war ein Traum. Toller Urlaub. Würden wir immer wieder dort buchen.

Wir sind gut und glücklich wieder zu Hause angekommen und haben den Aufenthalt in der Villa sehr genossen. Wir sind rundum zufrieden mit der Villa, dem Service vor Ort und der ganzen Abwicklung mit villas cc. Ich möchte ihnen und ihrem Team auch im Namen der Mitreisenden herzlich danken. Der unkomplizierte Buchungsprozess sowie der Service und die Betreuung vor Ort haben maßgeblich zu einem wunderbaren Urlaub beigetragen. Als wir uns einmal versehentlich aus der Villa ausgesperrt haben, war der Verwalter nach einem Anruf umgehend mit einem Ersatzschlüssel vor Ort. Das war für uns auf Grund der doch recht weiten Strecken bzw. langen Fahrtzeiten keine Selbstverständlichkeit. Sehr gerne werde ich sie weiterempfehlen, da auch ich durch eine Empfehlung auf sie aufmerksam geworden bin. Das war mit Sicherheit nicht unser letzter Urlaub in Cape Coral.

Wir waren mitte Mai für 8 Tage in der Villa Vertu und es war einfach nur wunderschön.
Die Villa ist Atemberaubend und wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt.
Cape Coral ist super wir haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt.
Die Betreuung durch LVCC war auch bestens, vor Ort durch Isabel wie auch im Voraus mit der Buchung. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. 😃

Total "geflasht" haben wir diese wunderschöne Villa Cloud betreten und jede Sekunde bis zum Schluss genossen. Perfekt ausgestattet mit allem was das Herz begehrt. Es fehlte uns an NICHTS!
Jeden Morgen im Paradies aufzuwachen, mit einem wunderschönen Pool vor Augen - das ist Entspannung pur!
Die Kajak-Fahrten, die Outdoor-Küche, "poolen" und selbst das Wäschewaschen wird zum Event.

This is our 5th rental home in Cape Coral and we all love it! You spent so much work in the details and the technology of the villa and we felt your love to details in every corner! The luxury was amazing! Thank you so much for opening your wonderful villa to us. Our stay in Villa Imagine is unforgettable and we are looking forward to be back next year!

We had so much fun in the pool and spending time together on the patio. The beds were very comfortable and we loved ending the day with the fireplace on. It made us feel like it wasn`t so hot outside!
We`ve rented many homes over the years in Cape Coral and this one was at the top of our list. We look forward to coming back in the years to come. Thank you for a great week!
