Booking via the Internet is always a matter of trust. As a rental agency, we can only rely on the trust that you as a client are prepared to give. For our many regular customers the decision to book with us is quite easy, because they already had a wonderful holiday in a villa and returning is just a matter of when not if. For those customers who were referred to us through recommendations from existing clients it is also quite straightforward, because you already have someone who shared his personal LVCC Cape Coral experience with you.
To help our new customers - who have found their way directly to us - take that leap of faith as well we would like to share some of our customers' experiences with you.
On this page you will find a random selection of experience reports. This is a small excerpt from the reports we have received by email, in the guest books of the villas or as Google ratings. This list is updated several times a day. However, if you are already looking for specific experiences of a particular villa, you will find them at the end of the respective villa page.

Es war wieder einmal wunderbar bei ihnen.
Insbesondere unter den aktuell schwierigen Bedingungen, sind sie dem in sie gesetzten Vertrauen mal wieder zu 100 Prozent gerecht geworden.

Die Villa "Aquamarin" ist ein echter Traum. Wir haben uns hier bei all dem Luxus fast wie Hollywood Stars gefühlt. Wir wünschen Ihnen alles Gute und viele nette Mieter. Dem Haus fehlt es an nichts, außer einer kleinen Bibliothek. Wir haben den Anfang gemacht und Tess Gerritsen hinterlassen.

Wir haben die Zeit in der Villa Cloud sehr genossen. Super schöner Pool, gepflegter Haus und Garten. Es hat uns sehr gefallen!

Dem Herbst in Deutschland entfliehen, dass kan man in der Villa Aquamarin.
Blauer Himmel, Palmen und das Meer, da kommt sofort Urlaubsstimmung daher.
Das Interieur der Villa ist ein Traum, alles perfekt aufeinander abgestimmt, man glaubt es kaum.
Leider ist unser Urlaub schon vorbei. Wie werden wir sie vermissen, die schönen Abende bei einem Glas Wein auf den gemütlichen Kissen.

We have had some fantastic days here in the Villa Industrial! We've enjoyed the 16 days here and hope to be back soon.
Von der Ankunft bis zur Abfahrt haben wir uns in der Villa Favorita wie zu Haus gefühlt. Die liebevoll ausgesuchte und aufeinander abgestimmte Einrichtung traf genau unseren Geschmack.
Mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Ob in der Küche, im Bad, für den Pool-Bereich und sogar für den Strand. Die beiden Kühlboxen waren ein "must have" für unterwegs. Die Lage am Kanal war sehr schön und bot uns tolle Sonnenuntergänge. Wir genossen die Ruhe und konnten sehr gut entspannen.
Auch waren wir mit der gesamten Abwicklung vollkommen zufrieden. Ob nun vor dem Urlaub, ob vor Ort mit kleinem Begrüßungsgetränken und toller Hauseinweisung, oder auch der schnellen Rückzahlung der Kaution. Es war für uns ein perfekter Urlaub. Wir würden wieder bei Ihnen eine Villa buchen und Sie auch weiter empfehlen.

Urlaub von der ersten Minute an...Begonnen mit der unkomplizierten Anmietung, über das herzliche Willkommen und natürlich mit dem Aufenthalt selbst in der sagenhaft schönen Villa Capricorn konnten wir eine herrliche Urlaubswoche geniessen! Die Villa Capricorn ist noch schöner als es die Bilder hergeben, wahnsinnig geschmackvoll und großzügig eingerichtet, super gut ausgestattet ( inclusive Angeln, Fahrrädern, Beachzubehör), sehr ruhig und doch sehr zentral in Cape Coral gelegen. Das Angeln am Steg bescherte uns unvergessliche Momente, tolle Sonnenaufgänge inklusive.
Der nächste Supermarkt ist nur etwa 5 Minuten entfernt. Auch Fort Myers und Sanibel liegen günstig erreichbar. Wir waren bei der Abreise sehr traurig, aber wir werden sicher wiederkommen!

Wir sind gut und glücklich wieder zu Hause angekommen und haben den Aufenthalt in der Villa sehr genossen. Wir sind rundum zufrieden mit der Villa, dem Service vor Ort und der ganzen Abwicklung mit villas cc. Wir haben den Urlaub genossen auch die Villa Noumena war wirklich ein sehr schoener Ort um die wichtigste Zeit im Jahr mit der Familie zu verbringen. Wir tragen uns mit dem Gedanken an Weihnachten zurueck zu kommen aber muessen die Plannung noch finalisieren bevor wir definitiv buchen in den naechsten Wochen.

Thank you so much for opening up your beautiful vacation rental to us for the past 3 weeks in sunny Florida. From the moment we arrived we were blown away by the stunning views and the inviting pool. Every day spent here felt like a dream, and we honestly didn’t want to leave!
We truly appreciate all the thought & care you put into making this place feel like a home away from home. It was the perfect escape from the hustle & bustle of every day life.

Wir waren Ende März 2025 zu sechst mit Kleinkind, für eine Woche in der Villa Aquamarin, und waren mehr als begeistert. Die Villa ist schöner als es auf den Fotos rüberkommt. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Der Ansprechpartner vor Ort war sehr nett und hilfreich und hat bei Fragen schnell geantwortet. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

I was frankly astounded by the excellency of my stay in this house in Cape Coral. I don't know if it was the location that impressed me, or maybe it was the cool pool, bubbly jacuzzi, or the classy quality of the furnishing.
The master bedroom I stayed in was magnificent and had a vast and very clean bathroom.
It was a special place to spend my days off and I couldn't think of a better place to stay in Cape Coral.
