Booking via the Internet is always a matter of trust. As a rental agency, we can only rely on the trust that you as a client are prepared to give. For our many regular customers the decision to book with us is quite easy, because they already had a wonderful holiday in a villa and returning is just a matter of when not if. For those customers who were referred to us through recommendations from existing clients it is also quite straightforward, because you already have someone who shared his personal LVCC Cape Coral experience with you.
To help our new customers - who have found their way directly to us - take that leap of faith as well we would like to share some of our customers' experiences with you.

Wir hatten einen traumhaften Aufenthalt. Für unseren Jahrestag wollten wir einmal etwas ganz besonderes geniessen und das Haus hat uns nicht enttäuscht. Ein ungestörter Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang war bei unserem Dinner wie man es sonst nur im Film sieht.
Danke auch an Ralph für den tollen Service.
Wir hoffen dass wir wieder einmal nach Florida kommen können und so etwas wiederholen können.

Wir haben uns gut erholt und den Aufenthalt in der Villa Veranda sehr genossen. Wir waren mit dem Service und dem Haus mehr als zufrieden. Ein dickes Lob geht auch an das Reinigungspersonal, welches die Villa in einem Top-Zustand herrichtete.

Wir waren hellauf begeistert von der Villa!!!
Die war sowas von gekonnt und stylisch eingerichtet.
Kein Detail wurde weggelassen, die Farben und Materialien haben miteinander harmoniert.
Es war einfach nur WOW!
Auch der Kontakt mit der Vermietung war einwandfrei, unkompliziert und zuvorkommend!
Sollten wir wieder Urlaub in Florida machen, kommen wir sehr gerne auf Sie zu!
Wir waren zum wiederholten Male in dieser Villa.
Diese ist sehr gepflegt, sehr luxuriös mit einem perfekten Blick in Richtung Sonnenuntergang direkt am Kanal.
Die Verwaltung ist wie immer hoch professionell, sehr freundlich. Wenn es Fragen oder Probleme gibt, sind Sie schnellstmöglich da und kümmern sich damit man einen perfekten tollen Urlaub dort machen kann.
Wir haben schon mehr Häuser gebucht sind immer wieder begeistert und werden dort auch demnächst wieder einen Urlaub verbringen.
Die Häuser und Verwaltung von LV CC sind uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen wenn man einen wunderbaren Florida Urlaub machen möchte

Wir waren schon oft in Cape Coral, allerdings haben wir zum ersten Mal über LVCC gebucht. Wir können den Service nur weiterempfehlen. Das Haus war ein Traum und die Bilder haben nicht zuviel versprochen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

My wife and I have stayed at both the Florida Diamond and Villa Amalaya and both were impeccable.
LVCC doesn't have subpar houses in its management portfolio.
If you're looking for a super high quality rental product at a reasonable price, LVCC is where its at.
Management is always responsive and very helpful. We will be using LVCC for years to come.

We came all the way from Norway to enjoy this house! Thank you so much for opening your home so we could have such a lovely vacation here. We loved every minute of our stay in your beautiful home. Everything was perfect. Our daughter loved the pool just as much as we did, and it's clear to see that you put a lot of care and thought into it.
The home is absolutely stunning!

Very memorable & wonderful vacation
We brought our family to Cape Coral over the Thanksgiving holiday weekend (total of 9 adults & 2 infants).
The accommodations were just beautiful and we absolutely loved our time there!!
It was very important that the house be comfortable & clean as we knew with small children we would be spending the majority of our time enjoying the pool & facilities.
This home does not disappoint!! It is very well arranged in that every BR has a full bath so each party is able to have a bit of privacy as well.
We would definitely consider coming back in the future and hope to do so!!
