Booking via the Internet is always a matter of trust. As a rental agency, we can only rely on the trust that you as a client are prepared to give. For our many regular customers the decision to book with us is quite easy, because they already had a wonderful holiday in a villa and returning is just a matter of when not if. For those customers who were referred to us through recommendations from existing clients it is also quite straightforward, because you already have someone who shared his personal LVCC Cape Coral experience with you.

Absolutely Incredible Stay at LVCC!
From the moment we arrived at Luxury Villas Cape Coral, we knew we were in for something special.
The villa was spotless, beautifully decorated, and came fully equipped with everything we could possibly need — from a gourmet kitchen to plush towels.
Waking up to the serene canal views, enjoying coffee by the private pool, and ending our evenings with sunset dinners on the patio made every day feel like a dream.
The attention to detail and the high standard of luxury exceeded all expectations.
The location is perfect — peaceful, yet just a short drive to beaches, restaurants, and shops.
The management team was also top-notch: friendly, responsive, and truly committed to ensuring a 5-star experience.
If you're looking for a luxurious, relaxing getaway in Cape Coral, LVCC is the place to be. We’re already planning our return trip!

Wir haben den Urlaub genossen auch die Villa Noumena war wirklich ein sehr schoener Ort um die wichtigste Zeit im Jahr mit der Familie zu verbringen. Wir tragen uns mit dem Gedanken an Weihnachten zurueck zu kommen aber muessen die Plannung noch finalisieren bevor wir definitiv buchen in den naechsten Wochen.
Danke nochmals das wieder alles reibungslos funktioniert hat.

We spend relaxed Christmas vacation at the villa Papageno.The furnishing of the house was elegant and luxury.
Also the villa was perfect located and had a gorgeous view to the wide canal.
The Villa left nothing to be desired. Even the Pool- and Spa-Heating was very easy to handle by tablet. We liked to use the Kajaks very much and we enjoyed our small tours over the canal.
The Solar Panels on the roof of the house kept the pool water comfortable warm and the power expenses enjoyable low.
If you compare this villa with a 5star-Hotel, you are much more flexible, you have more privacy, the house has a lot more space and during high season your costs are lower than in a comparable Hotel.
The Service was from the reservation to the introduction of the villa and the support during our stay was magnificent.
We were so satisfied, that we have booked our next vacation home at LVCC already.

My wife and I shared this magnificent home for 4 weeks with our daughter, son-in-law and our grandchildren from Michigan. We also entertained some cousins and their children who were visiting Cape Coral at the same time from Buffalo, NY. Also another cousin who lives part time in Cape Coral. Everyone was so impressed by the top-notch quality of every aspect of this property. The owner’s attention to detail is evident in every corner and as an architect, much appreciated.
We want to sincerely thank the owners and property manager for making our stay very special and memorable.

wir möchten uns recht herzlich für die unbeschreiblich schönen 3 Wochen in Cape Coral bei euch bedanken, diese wir nur durch eure perfekte Betreuung, dem super Team, tolles Haus und das bei euch gemietete Boot (war der Hammer) richtig genießen konnten.
Wir hatten im letzten Jahr ein Haus mit Boot, nicht von LVCC, gemietet und stellten in den jetzigen 3 Wochen fest, Ihr seit einfach bei allen unübertroffen - kann man nur beschreiben - einfach perfekt.

Im Namen meiner Familie möchte ich mich herzlich für den unvergesslichen Aufenthalt in der Villa Malu bedanken.
Wir hätten uns keinen besseren Ort vorstellen können, um nach einem fast zweiwöchigen Roadtrip Entspannung und Ruhe zu finden.
Wir waren bereits mehr als zehn Mal in CC, haben bislang aber noch nie ein derart perfekt ausgestattetes Haus bewohnt und einen nicht minder perfekten Service erlebt.

Wir sind gestern gut in Deutschland angekommen und hatten wirklichen einen sehr schönen Urlaub.
Die Villa Atlantis hat daran einen großen Anteil. Sie hat unsere Vorstellungen übertroffen, da das Haus in Wirklichkeit noch einmal ganz anders wirkt als auf den BIldern.
Auch die Betreuung vor Ort war vorbildlich und rundete das Gesamtpaket ab.

Es war eine fantastische Zeit in der Villa Industrial! Das Haus ist modern, wunderschön eingerichtet und es fällt einem schwer, wieder zurück in den Alltag zu kehren.

Wir haben uns unglaublich wohl gefühlt. Die Villa Amalaya, welche ja in Schweizer Hand ist, war ein absolutes Highlight auf unserer Reise. Wir waren von der ersten bis zur letzten Sekunden in dieser Villa einfach nur begeistert. Die Einrichtung, der Bau, die Lage und die Aussicht sind einfach unschlagbar.
