Booking via the Internet is always a matter of trust. As a rental agency, we can only rely on the trust that you as a client are prepared to give. For our many regular customers the decision to book with us is quite easy, because they already had a wonderful holiday in a villa and returning is just a matter of when not if. For those customers who were referred to us through recommendations from existing clients it is also quite straightforward, because you already have someone who shared his personal LVCC Cape Coral experience with you.
To help our new customers - who have found their way directly to us - take that leap of faith as well we would like to share some of our customers' experiences with you.

We had so much fun in the pool and spending time together on the patio. The beds were very comfortable and we loved ending the day with the fireplace on. It made us feel like it wasn`t so hot outside!
We`ve rented many homes over the years in Cape Coral and this one was at the top of our list. We look forward to coming back in the years to come. Thank you for a great week!

Total "geflasht" haben wir diese wunderschöne Villa Cloud betreten und jede Sekunde bis zum Schluss genossen. Perfekt ausgestattet mit allem was das Herz begehrt. Es fehlte uns an NICHTS!
Jeden Morgen im Paradies aufzuwachen, mit einem wunderschönen Pool vor Augen - das ist Entspannung pur!
Die Kajak-Fahrten, die Outdoor-Küche, "poolen" und selbst das Wäschewaschen wird zum Event.

Unsere Familie verbrachte im Mai 2025 zehn herrliche Tage in der Villa Amalaya in Capa Coral. Das Haus erfüllte alle unsere Wünsche in jeder Hinsicht. Tolle Lage, sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber.
Die zwei separat zu steuernden Klimaanlagen waren perfekt für uns. Pool und Aussicht einfach top.
Der Kontakt mit LVCC war von der Anfrage bis zur Kautionsrückerstattung immer freundlich und kompetent.

Ein super Haus, das kaum einen Wunsch offen lässt. Den Ausblick auf den Kanal werde ich sehr vermissen. Die Betreuung durch Isabell war sehr freundlich und kompetent. Wir hatten einen sehr, sehr schönen Urlaub in Cape Coral.

Wir haben uns unglaublich wohl gefühlt. Die Villa Amalaya, welche ja in Schweizer Hand ist, war ein absolutes Highlight auf unserer Reise. Wir waren von der ersten bis zur letzten Sekunden in dieser Villa einfach nur begeistert. Die Einrichtung, der Bau, die Lage und die Aussicht sind einfach unschlagbar.

Lovely home, beautifully furnished. Nice views of the wide canal. There is a dock and boat lift if you want to rent a boat. Couldn't ask for a better place to spend our vacation.

Urlaub von der ersten Minute an...Begonnen mit der unkomplizierten Anmietung, über das herzliche Willkommen und natürlich mit dem Aufenthalt selbst in der sagenhaft schönen Villa Capricorn konnten wir eine herrliche Urlaubswoche geniessen! Die Villa Capricorn ist noch schöner als es die Bilder hergeben, wahnsinnig geschmackvoll und großzügig eingerichtet, super gut ausgestattet ( inclusive Angeln, Fahrrädern, Beachzubehör), sehr ruhig und doch sehr zentral in Cape Coral gelegen. Das Angeln am Steg bescherte uns unvergessliche Momente, tolle Sonnenaufgänge inklusive.
Der nächste Supermarkt ist nur etwa 5 Minuten entfernt. Auch Fort Myers und Sanibel liegen günstig erreichbar. Wir waren bei der Abreise sehr traurig, aber wir werden sicher wiederkommen!
