Booking via the Internet is always a matter of trust. As a rental agency, we can only rely on the trust that you as a client are prepared to give. For our many regular customers the decision to book with us is quite easy, because they already had a wonderful holiday in a villa and returning is just a matter of when not if. For those customers who were referred to us through recommendations from existing clients it is also quite straightforward, because you already have someone who shared his personal LVCC Cape Coral experience with you.
To help our new customers - who have found their way directly to us - take that leap of faith as well we would like to share some of our customers' experiences with you.

Ich wollte mich nur noch einmal bei Ihnen melden, um Ihnen mitzuteilen, dass wir eine ganz tolle Zeit in Cape Coral hatten. großartiges Haus mit einem großartigen Ausblick, großartiges Boot, Großartiger Service! Es war wunderbar, in den 10 Tagen in diesem Haus zu wohnen! Wir waren alle total begeistert! Vielen Dank noch einmal für die Organisation!

We had so much fun in the pool and spending time together on the patio. The beds were very comfortable and we loved ending the day with the fireplace on. It made us feel like it wasn`t so hot outside!
We`ve rented many homes over the years in Cape Coral and this one was at the top of our list. We look forward to coming back in the years to come. Thank you for a great week!

We were back again this year at Villa Marco. Wrapping up another 10 days of rest and relaxation. Can't say how much we appreciate you opening your beautiful home to our family once again. Great people, beautiful location across from the park.

Unsere Maxime bei unseren vielen Reisen ist „nicht schlechter als zu Hause wohnen“ . Das ist eine echte Herausforderung, aber die Villa Galaxy hat unsere Maxime erfüllt. Ein fantastisches Haus, perfekte Lage mit Boot, gute Ausrichtung und noch bessere Einrichtung.
Fazit: perfektes Urlaubsziel und da wir nur zu zweit waren, üppig.

We spend relaxed Christmas vacation at the villa Papageno.The furnishing of the house was elegant and luxury.
Also the villa was perfect located and had a gorgeous view to the wide canal.
The Villa left nothing to be desired. Even the Pool- and Spa-Heating was very easy to handle by tablet. We liked to use the Kajaks very much and we enjoyed our small tours over the canal.
The Solar Panels on the roof of the house kept the pool water comfortable warm and the power expenses enjoyable low.
If you compare this villa with a 5star-Hotel, you are much more flexible, you have more privacy, the house has a lot more space and during high season your costs are lower than in a comparable Hotel.
The Service was from the reservation to the introduction of the villa and the support during our stay was magnificent.
We were so satisfied, that we have booked our next vacation home at LVCC already.

Wir haben den Urlaub genossen auch die Villa Noumena war wirklich ein sehr schoener Ort um die wichtigste Zeit im Jahr mit der Familie zu verbringen. Wir tragen uns mit dem Gedanken an Weihnachten zurueck zu kommen aber muessen die Plannung noch finalisieren bevor wir definitiv buchen in den naechsten Wochen.
Danke nochmals das wieder alles reibungslos funktioniert hat.

Wir haben uns unglaublich wohl gefühlt. Die Villa Amalaya, welche ja in Schweizer Hand ist, war ein absolutes Highlight auf unserer Reise. Wir waren von der ersten bis zur letzten Sekunden in dieser Villa einfach nur begeistert. Die Einrichtung, der Bau, die Lage und die Aussicht sind einfach unschlagbar.

Wir hatten die Villa 8-Lakes gebucht in der Hoffnung, dass wir eine schöne Sicht über den See haben und ein Gefühl der Weite. Wir wurden nicht enttäuscht, speziell der Sonnenuntergang konnte magisch sein.
Das Haus selbst war über die Seite sehr einfach zu buchen, die Fotos stimmten und Fragen wurden vom Team super fix und kompetent beantwortet.
Vor Ort war alles perfekt vorbereitet und wie beschrieben, wir wurden super betreut und haben uns vom ersten Tag an wie Zuhause gefühlt. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder und konnten in der Zwischenzeit schon Freunde begeistern, die Villa für nächstes Jahr zu buchen.

Die Villa Vertu war von unseren bisherigen sieben Buchungen bei Ihnen diejenige, welche uns am besten gefallen hat.
Das Haus selbst und die Lage sind einmalig, wir hatten jeden Morgen Delphine im Kanal, welche wir vom Pool aus beobachten konnten.
Da war es beinahe schon etwas schade, dass wir nur eine Woche gebucht hatten
Gerne aber kommen wir im nächsten Jahr wieder zu Ihnen nach Florida.It`s a promise!

Villa Veranda war wirklich sehr schön: uns hat der Stil des Hauses, die Lage, die Einrichtung, die Ausstattung und die gemütlichen Schlafzimmer, der Aussenbereich…schlichtweg alles sehr gut gefallen. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und hatten auch eine tolle Betreuung vor Ort. Wir würden dieses Haus jederzeit wieder nehmen und freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Urlaub.
Villa Industrial is a beautiful villa.
We stayed for 2 weeks and we enjoyed each and every moment…..we didn’t want our vacation to end - we even extended one more day at the end.
The house is beautiful, modern, clean with certainly has plenty of room.
The lanai is oversized to accommodate several people lying in the sun while enjoying the pool area and outdoor grill.
Bikes are available to use if you’d like to venture out and see some of Cape Coral as well.
The management company is extremely attentive while going above and beyond.
They responded immediately (within minutes) whenever I reached out and for any reason.
Isabel came to the house the day after we arrived to “check us in” she was so thorough and answered any questions that we had from hearing the pool to the iPad which controls just about everything else.
Isabel was wonderful.
This house has everything you need to enjoy your vacation for sure!!!!
This is the first time I have used LVCC and I frequently visit Cape Coral. For the past 15 years I have always gone through the same property management company (not LVCC) however I will be using LVCC again. They made a wonderful and lasting first impression.
