Booking via the Internet is always a matter of trust. As a rental agency, we can only rely on the trust that you as a client are prepared to give. For our many regular customers the decision to book with us is quite easy, because they already had a wonderful holiday in a villa and returning is just a matter of when not if. For those customers who were referred to us through recommendations from existing clients it is also quite straightforward, because you already have someone who shared his personal LVCC Cape Coral experience with you.
To help our new customers - who have found their way directly to us - take that leap of faith as well we would like to share some of our customers' experiences with you.
On this page you will find a random selection of experience reports. This is a small excerpt from the reports we have received by email, in the guest books of the villas or as Google ratings. This list is updated several times a day. However, if you are already looking for specific experiences of a particular villa, you will find them at the end of the respective villa page.
e had the opportunity to spend 2 weeks of our vacation in your wonderful house. From the very first beginning, after entering the house, and enjoying the view on the water we knew that the next 2 weeks will be a relaxing and joyful time.

Wir durften 7 Tage die Villa Kiara genießen. Der Check- in und Check -out wurde von einer sehr netten und ganz besonders freundlichen Anja durchgeführt. Liebe Grüße an sie.
Es war ein absolutes Traumhaus, man kann sich kaum vorstellen, dass diese Villa noch zu toppen ist. Die Fotos von der Villa hatten schon einen Wow -Effekt, aber live hat sich der Wow-Effekt nochmal verdoppelt. Diese hochwertige und gepflegte Einrichtung hätte ich gern komplett mitgenommen. Die Dekoration so cool und so wunderschön. Einfach atemberaubend und alles so blitzsauber.
Sehr angenehm empfanden wir auch, dass Begrüßungsgetränke für uns gekühlt bereitgestellt wurden.Die Küche war besonders gut und mit allen Küchengeräten und Utensilien ausgestattet. Die Größe der Villa, der Zimmer, der Terrasse , des Swimmingpools , der Bäder und der Garage haben uns sehr beeindruckt.
Wir würden diese Villa auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und wieder buchen. Wir waren extrem traurig abreisen zu müssen. Nächstes Mal bleiben wir auf jeden Fall länger.

Der Aufenthalt in der Villa Eight Lake war wunderschön und wir haben alle beschlossen und verkündet, dass wir definitv nicht zum letzten Mal dort waren.
Die Villa war traumhaft. Die Raumaufteilung, die Innengestaltung und die Lage hat uns sehr sehr gut gefallen. Großes Lob !!!

The home was perfect in every way. From the minute we checked into the house, everything was excellent and exactly what anyone could want from a vacation home.
The property manager, was a pleasure to work with and very helpful with any questions on the house or the area. She was able to offer some suggestions on dining and sightseeing in the area.
The house was spotless and well appointed. The kitchen was great to cook in as well as the top notch grill on the patio. The beds are very comfortable. The bathrooms are beautiful and spacious.
The pool and spa were spotless as well and the temperatures can be adjusted to suit everyone’s tastes.
It is very obvious that the owners take great pride in this house and have not overlooked even the slightest detail.
My family has rented about six or seven times in the area and this home was without question, the best home so far. When we decide to rent again, this will be the house we will stay in!! Thanks again for a great home and a vacation with great memories!!

Wir haben sicher schon 10 x über LVCC gebucht und waren auch dieses Mal wieder sehr zufrieden.
Tolles Haus, gute Umgebung, alles Bestens. Reservierung, Zahlungen usw. alles problemlos. Und die Betreuung vor Ort wieder bestens, hier wird sich gleich um jedes noch so kleine Problem gekümmert. Wir kommen wieder!

Es war ein wunderbarer Urlaub, natürlich auch DANK dieser perfekten Villa. Die Amalaya ist nicht nur auf den Bildern toll, sie ist auch in natura wirklich so!!!

Auch die Mitarbeiter, waren vor Ort sehr freundlich und stets da, wenn man sie brauchte.

Ein super Haus, das kaum einen Wunsch offen lässt. Den Ausblick auf den Kanal werde ich sehr vermissen. Die Betreuung durch Isabell war sehr freundlich und kompetent. Wir hatten einen sehr, sehr schönen Urlaub in Cape Coral.

We were lucky enough to spend 2 weeks here in what we call "Paradise"!
The spacious layout and amazing extra outdoor living space was perfect for our two toddlers, Cooper and Olivia.
We most certainly will BE BACK!

We recently returned from our third stay at the beautiful Villa Frizzante and, as always, everything was absolutely perfect.
This is no ordinary rental as everything from the cookware /dishes to the furniture is first class.
The quality of this rental is a testament to both the owner and the management company.
Even after three years the villa shows no signs of wear. In fact, the owner goes to great lengths to ensure that their rental is constantly updated to reflect the highest standard and the LVCC rep is always available if we have questions.
For example, after our first stay, we casually mentioned that we were renting bicycles. To our great astonishment, upon arriving for our second stay, they surprised us with two brand new bikes for guest use.
I wholeheartedly recommend Villa Frizzante and LVCC…you will not be disappointed

UPDATE 2025....Just finished our fourth wonderful stay at Frizzante and the highest standards continue with new upgrades in TV and BBQ etc(even the towels were new this year).
Everything is maintained at a very high standard and management is quick to address any questions. We are already booked here for our next winter getaway.
I highly recomend both this villa and all LVCC properties as they are all beautiful and well taken care of.
Wir hatten einen traumhaften Aufenthalt. Für unseren Jahrestag wollten wir einmal etwas ganz besonderes geniessen und das Haus hat uns nicht enttäuscht. Ein ungestörter Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang war bei unserem Dinner wie man es sonst nur im Film sieht.
Danke auch an Ralph für den tollen Service.
Wir hoffen dass wir wieder einmal nach Florida kommen können und so etwas wiederholen können.

Villa Industrial is a beautiful villa.
We stayed for 2 weeks and we enjoyed each and every moment…..we didn’t want our vacation to end - we even extended one more day at the end.
The house is beautiful, modern, clean with certainly has plenty of room.
The lanai is oversized to accommodate several people lying in the sun while enjoying the pool area and outdoor grill.
Bikes are available to use if you’d like to venture out and see some of Cape Coral as well.
The management company is extremely attentive while going above and beyond.
They responded immediately (within minutes) whenever I reached out and for any reason.
Isabel came to the house the day after we arrived to “check us in” she was so thorough and answered any questions that we had from hearing the pool to the iPad which controls just about everything else.
Isabel was wonderful.
This house has everything you need to enjoy your vacation for sure!!!!
This is the first time I have used LVCC and I frequently visit Cape Coral. For the past 15 years I have always gone through the same property management company (not LVCC) however I will be using LVCC again. They made a wonderful and lasting first impression.

Wir haben schon einige Male unsere Ferienvillen über LVCC gebucht und waren immer sehr zufrieden. Die Villen waren immer wie beschrieben wunderschön. Verbesserungsvorschläge wurden gerne entgegengenommen. Die Mitarbeiter sind immer freundlich und sehr bemüht. Zuletzt waren wir im Herbst in der Villa Coraluxe in Cape Coral, die wir leider für fünf Tage wegen des Hurricane Milton verlassen mussten. Besonders freundlich und unendlich bemüht war Isabel, die uns zu jeder Zeit Informationen zur aktuellen Lage gegeben hat. Nochmals herzlichen Dank! Wir werden auf jeden Fall weiter über LVCC buchen, da uns Service gerade in der Hurricane Zeit sehr wichtig ist.

Unser Urlaub war sehr schön.
Das Haus entsprach komplett der Beschreibung und hat uns sehr begeistert.
Es war sauber und sogar eine Grundausstattung (kleine Getränke, Küchentüscher, Waschtabs, Gewürze etc.) vorhanden.
Die Betreuung und Kommunikation vor Ort war ebenfalls sehr gut. Wir werden VillaCC weiterempfehlen.
Unsere Familie verbrachte im Mai 2025 zehn herrliche Tage in der Villa Amalaya in Capa Coral. Das Haus erfüllte alle unsere Wünsche in jeder Hinsicht. Tolle Lage, sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber.
Die zwei separat zu steuernden Klimaanlagen waren perfekt für uns. Pool und Aussicht einfach top.
Der Kontakt mit LVCC war von der Anfrage bis zur Kautionsrückerstattung immer freundlich und kompetent.

Vor allem der Outdoor-Grill ist genial. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit und kommen sehr gerne wieder! Die Hausverwaltung war auch super.
