Booking via the Internet is always a matter of trust. As a rental agency, we can only rely on the trust that you as a client are prepared to give. For our many regular customers the decision to book with us is quite easy, because they already had a wonderful holiday in a villa and returning is just a matter of when not if. For those customers who were referred to us through recommendations from existing clients it is also quite straightforward, because you already have someone who shared his personal LVCC Cape Coral experience with you.

Die Ferien in Cape Coral waren traumhaft schön.
Von der Villa Amalaya waren wir total begeistert und fühlten und sehr wohl. Wir wollten gar nicht mehr nach Hause. Wie es leider so ist, vergehen Ferien immer viel zu schnell. Wir sind nun bereits wieder im Alltag angekommen und geniessen hier das herrliche Herbstwetter.
Ihr Service war super, alles hat immer bestens geklappt, der Kontakt mit Ihnen per Mail war immer angenehm. Auch in Cape Coral verlief die Übergabe des Hauses reibungslos. Wir sind sehr zufrieden.

Wir waren mitte Mai für 8 Tage in der Villa Vertu und es war einfach nur wunderschön.
Die Villa ist Atemberaubend und wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt.
Cape Coral ist super wir haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt.
Die Betreuung durch LVCC war auch bestens, vor Ort durch Isabel wie auch im Voraus mit der Buchung. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. 😃

Absolutely Incredible Stay at LVCC!
From the moment we arrived at Luxury Villas Cape Coral, we knew we were in for something special.
The villa was spotless, beautifully decorated, and came fully equipped with everything we could possibly need — from a gourmet kitchen to plush towels.
Waking up to the serene canal views, enjoying coffee by the private pool, and ending our evenings with sunset dinners on the patio made every day feel like a dream.
The attention to detail and the high standard of luxury exceeded all expectations.
The location is perfect — peaceful, yet just a short drive to beaches, restaurants, and shops.
The management team was also top-notch: friendly, responsive, and truly committed to ensuring a 5-star experience.

Very memorable & wonderful vacation
We brought our family to Cape Coral over the Thanksgiving holiday weekend (total of 9 adults & 2 infants).
The accommodations were just beautiful and we absolutely loved our time there!!
It was very important that the house be comfortable & clean as we knew with small children we would be spending the majority of our time enjoying the pool & facilities.
This home does not disappoint!! It is very well arranged in that every BR has a full bath so each party is able to have a bit of privacy as well.
We would definitely consider coming back in the future and hope to do so!!
Wir hatten die Villa 8-Lakes gebucht in der Hoffnung, dass wir eine schöne Sicht über den See haben und ein Gefühl der Weite. Wir wurden nicht enttäuscht, speziell der Sonnenuntergang konnte magisch sein.
Das Haus selbst war über die Seite sehr einfach zu buchen, die Fotos stimmten und Fragen wurden vom Team super fix und kompetent beantwortet.
Vor Ort war alles perfekt vorbereitet und wie beschrieben, wir wurden super betreut und haben uns vom ersten Tag an wie Zuhause gefühlt. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder und konnten in der Zwischenzeit schon Freunde begeistern, die Villa für nächstes Jahr zu buchen.

Wir haben die Zeit in der Villa Cloud sehr genossen. Super schöner Pool, gepflegter Haus und Garten. Es hat uns sehr gefallen!

I spent the first week at Villa Marco with my husband and the second week with my daughter. We enjoyed beautiful weather and great company with friends who live near by. We tried to treat this wonderful house like it was our own home as much as we could. A lot of thought and care went into everything here. We will definitely be back in the future. Thank you so much!

Es war eine fantastische Zeit in der Villa Industrial! Das Haus ist modern, wunderschön eingerichtet und es fällt einem schwer, wieder zurück in den Alltag zu kehren.

Herzlichen Dank an das ganze LV CC Team - wir genossen 2 ganz tolle Wochen in der super Villa Galaxy sowie in der sehr schönen Villa Spirit of the River! Der Urlaub war auch deshalb so angenehm, weil rund um die Miete und die Villen einfach alles geklappt hat: Die Häuser waren wie gebucht bereit, keine komplizierte Ueber- und Abgabe und eine ganz tolle Betreuung vor Ort hat es für uns sehr einfach und angenehm gemacht. Ganz klar: Wir kommen wieder zu Euch!

Wir hatten einen traumhaften Aufenthalt. Für unseren Jahrestag wollten wir einmal etwas ganz besonderes geniessen und das Haus hat uns nicht enttäuscht. Ein ungestörter Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang war bei unserem Dinner wie man es sonst nur im Film sieht.
Danke auch an Ralph für den tollen Service.
Wir hoffen dass wir wieder einmal nach Florida kommen können und so etwas wiederholen können.

Villa Sleek is a truly fantastic new house in a superb location, with excellent, high-quality, and tasteful furnishings. The house faces south and is situated on a side channel of the Spreader. Check-in and check-out were absolutely seamless. The management was friendly and dedicated. If I ever have the chance to come to America again, I would gladly stay there again.
We were the lucky first ones to spend a wonderful vacation in this great villa.
Thanks a lot for building our dream home-away-from-home on our favorite lot in the best location of CC !

We recently returned from our third stay at the beautiful Villa Frizzante and, as always, everything was absolutely perfect.
This is no ordinary rental as everything from the cookware /dishes to the furniture is first class.
The quality of this rental is a testament to both the owner and the management company.
Even after three years the villa shows no signs of wear. In fact, the owner goes to great lengths to ensure that their rental is constantly updated to reflect the highest standard and the LVCC rep is always available if we have questions.
For example, after our first stay, we casually mentioned that we were renting bicycles. To our great astonishment, upon arriving for our second stay, they surprised us with two brand new bikes for guest use.
I wholeheartedly recommend Villa Frizzante and LVCC…you will not be disappointed

UPDATE 2025....Just finished our fourth wonderful stay at Frizzante and the highest standards continue with new upgrades in TV and BBQ etc(even the towels were new this year).
Everything is maintained at a very high standard and management is quick to address any questions. We are already booked here for our next winter getaway.
I highly recomend both this villa and all LVCC properties as they are all beautiful and well taken care of.
