Booking via the Internet is always a matter of trust. As a rental agency, we can only rely on the trust that you as a client are prepared to give. For our many regular customers the decision to book with us is quite easy, because they already had a wonderful holiday in a villa and returning is just a matter of when not if. For those customers who were referred to us through recommendations from existing clients it is also quite straightforward, because you already have someone who shared his personal LVCC Cape Coral experience with you.
To help our new customers - who have found their way directly to us - take that leap of faith as well we would like to share some of our customers' experiences with you.
On this page you will find a random selection of experience reports. This is a small excerpt from the reports we have received by email, in the guest books of the villas or as Google ratings. Wir hatten in Florida wieder eine tolle Zeit. Die Villa Nicla ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und gepflegt. Vielen Dank, es war eine schöne Zeit. Einen ganz lieben Dank auch an die nette Betreuung vor Ort. Herzliche Grüße!
Wir haben den Urlaub genossen auch die Villa Noumena war wirklich ein sehr schoener Ort um die wichtigste Zeit im Jahr mit der Familie zu verbringen. Wir tragen uns mit dem Gedanken an Weihnachten zurueck zu kommen aber muessen die Plannung noch finalisieren bevor wir definitiv buchen in den naechsten Wochen.
Danke nochmals das wieder alles reibungslos funktioniert hat.

We spend relaxed Christmas vacation at the villa Papageno.The furnishing of the house was elegant and luxury.
Also the villa was perfect located and had a gorgeous view to the wide canal.
The Villa left nothing to be desired. Even the Pool- and Spa-Heating was very easy to handle by tablet. We liked to use the Kajaks very much and we enjoyed our small tours over the canal.
The Solar Panels on the roof of the house kept the pool water comfortable warm and the power expenses enjoyable low.
If you compare this villa with a 5star-Hotel, you are much more flexible, you have more privacy, the house has a lot more space and during high season your costs are lower than in a comparable Hotel.
The Service was from the reservation to the introduction of the villa and the support during our stay was magnificent.
We were so satisfied, that we have booked our next vacation home at LVCC already.

Wir durften einen wunderschönen Urlaub in der Villa Galaxy erleben. Wir konnten uns alle gut erholen und sind wohl wieder zu Hause angekommen.
Wir möchten uns bei Ihnen und dem ganzen Team bedanken. Von der Organisation und der netten Betreuung könnte sich manch andere Agentur eine Scheibe abschneiden.

Ich war mit meinem Mann und seinen Eltern zum Urlaub in Cape Coral. Wie immer, haben wir einen super schönen Urlaub verbracht. Es war schon das 3. mal dort.
LVCC kann ich nur empfehlen. Von der Buchung, über die Zahlung, Betreuung vor Ort, sowie den Abschluss nach der Reise, hat alles super funktioniert.
Isabel, die für uns zuständig war, hat alles sehr gut gemanagte. Sie war erreichbar, wenn man Fragen hatte, hat uns super eingewiesen ins Haus und sehr gute Tips gegeben, für den Urlaub vor Ort.
Alles in allem eine super Erfahrung, die ich nur weiter empfehlen kann

Die Villa Grace ist mit jedem Augenblick das, was man sich unter dem Paradies vorstellt.
Sie gibt einem das Gefühl, in Ruhe und Harmonie angekommen zu sein und versetzt einen zum Träumen und auszusteigen.
Der Name ‚Grace‘ ist so perfekt und wir bedanken uns für eine schöne Zeit, obwohl der Abschied schwer fällt!

Wir waren schon oft in Cape Coral, allerdings haben wir zum ersten Mal über LVCC gebucht. Wir können den Service nur weiterempfehlen. Das Haus war ein Traum und die Bilder haben nicht zuviel versprochen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Super war auch, das von der Buchung bis zur Schlussabnahme der Villa alles super geklappt hat. Auch Ihre Mitarbeiter vor Ort sind alle super und sehr freundlich. Die Villa selber ist der Hit und wir würden jedem der eine Villa in Cape Coral mieten möchten Ihre Agentur vorschlagen.

We enjoyed our stay here and it's such a fantastic place to bring your family to! Cape Coral is a very special place to us.
Unsere Familie verbrachte im Mai 2025 zehn herrliche Tage in der Villa Amalaya in Capa Coral. Das Haus erfüllte alle unsere Wünsche in jeder Hinsicht. Tolle Lage, sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber.
Die zwei separat zu steuernden Klimaanlagen waren perfekt für uns. Pool und Aussicht einfach top.
Der Kontakt mit LVCC war von der Anfrage bis zur Kautionsrückerstattung immer freundlich und kompetent.
