Booking via the Internet is always a matter of trust. As a rental agency, we can only rely on the trust that you as a client are prepared to give. For our many regular customers the decision to book with us is quite easy, because they already had a wonderful holiday in a villa and returning is just a matter of when not if. For those customers who were referred to us through recommendations from existing clients it is also quite straightforward, because you already have someone who shared his personal LVCC Cape Coral experience with you.
To help our new customers - who have found their way directly to us - take that leap of faith as well we would like to share some of our customers' experiences with you.

Es war ein wunderbarer Urlaub, natürlich auch DANK dieser perfekten Villa. Die Amalaya ist nicht nur auf den Bildern toll, sie ist auch in natura wirklich so!!!

Vor allem der Outdoor-Grill ist genial. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit und kommen sehr gerne wieder! Die Hausverwaltung war auch super.

Es war wieder eine tolle Zeit in einem LVCC-Haus. Das Haus ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet. Besonders die Aussicht ist genial! Thank you for sharing your home with us.
Villa Sleek is a truly fantastic new house in a superb location, with excellent, high-quality, and tasteful furnishings. The house faces south and is situated on a side channel of the Spreader. Check-in and check-out were absolutely seamless. The management was friendly and dedicated. If I ever have the chance to come to America again, I would gladly stay there again.

Liebes LV CC Team,
gerade sind wir zurück aus der schönen Villa Ocean Dream, in der wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben.
Daher würden wir gerne unseren Aufenthalt im nächsten Jahr in diesem Haus verlängern.
Respekt vor der Leistung der Hausverwaltung, die dafür Sorge getragen hat, dass das Haus bei unserer Anreise, trotz des Hurrikans, in einem TOP Zustand war.

Sehr schöne relativ neue Villa Coraluxe. Perfekte ruhige Gegend. Nette Nachbarn. Die Villa hat einen außerordentlich großen Pool und weitläufige Terrasse um den Pool herum. Schöne und bequeme Sitz- und Liegegelegenheiten. Schöne Räume, moderne Einrichtung bis auf den Masterbedroom (neues Bett aber "Old fashioned"). Buchungs- und Zahlungsprozess Top gelaufen. Nette Vor Ort Betreuung. Alles in Allem ein tolles Erlebnis. Danke

Wir hatten die Villa Aquamarin die ersten 14 Tage im April 2023 für 7 Personen gemietet.
Da wir bis jetzt nur Hotels in den USA genutzt hatten, waren wir sehr gespannt. Die Abwicklung im Vorfeld funktionierte perfekt und freuten uns schon.
Was soll ich sagen: von 100 möglichen Punkten sind 100 erreicht worden.
Wir waren alle super zufrieden. Der Vorortservice, sogar in deutsch, funktionierte perfekt.
Das Objekt war sehr gepflegt und in einem sehr gutem Zustand.
Einziges Problem: der Urlaub war wieder viel zu schnell rum.
Mein Fazit ist, dass wir LVCC sehr gern weiter empfehlen werden und dies auch bereits mit Freunden geteilt haben.
Unser nächster Florida-Urlaub wird uns definitiv wieder zu zusammen führen. Noch einmal vielen Dank und viele Grüße.

We're so honored to be your first guests. We've rented many of the homes in Cape Coral and were very pleased with this home. The pool was our favorite were we spent the most of our time!
The home was perfect in every way. From the minute we checked into the house, everything was excellent and exactly what anyone could want from a vacation home.
The property manager, was a pleasure to work with and very helpful with any questions on the house or the area. She was able to offer some suggestions on dining and sightseeing in the area.
The house was spotless and well appointed. The kitchen was great to cook in as well as the top notch grill on the patio. The beds are very comfortable. The bathrooms are beautiful and spacious.
The pool and spa were spotless as well and the temperatures can be adjusted to suit everyone’s tastes.
It is very obvious that the owners take great pride in this house and have not overlooked even the slightest detail.
My family has rented about six or seven times in the area and this home was without question, the best home so far. When we decide to rent again, this will be the house we will stay in!! Thanks again for a great home and a vacation with great memories!!
We have booked 6 villas through LVCC over the past several years and have always had a wonderful stay.
We have been provided excellent and friendly service, and highly recommend LVCC. All of the homes have been beautiful, and our time in Cape Coral has been great.
One of our favorite vacations was the 8 weeks we stayed recently in Villa Veranda. What a beautiful and very cool home!

Wir waren zum wiederholten Male in dieser Villa.
Diese ist sehr gepflegt, sehr luxuriös mit einem perfekten Blick in Richtung Sonnenuntergang direkt am Kanal.
Die Verwaltung ist wie immer hoch professionell, sehr freundlich. Wenn es Fragen oder Probleme gibt, sind Sie schnellstmöglich da und kümmern sich damit man einen perfekten tollen Urlaub dort machen kann.
Wir haben schon mehr Häuser gebucht sind immer wieder begeistert und werden dort auch demnächst wieder einen Urlaub verbringen.
Die Häuser und Verwaltung von LV CC sind uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen wenn man einen wunderbaren Florida Urlaub machen möchte.

Es war eine fantastische Zeit in der Villa Industrial! Das Haus ist modern, wunderschön eingerichtet und es fällt einem schwer, wieder zurück in den Alltag zu kehren.

Unser Aufenthalt im brandneuen Ferienhaus Serenity im März 2026 war ein echtes Highlight – ein Ort, der seinem Namen in jeder Hinsicht gerecht wird.
Schon beim Ankommen hatten wir das Gefühl, in eine kleine Oase einzutreten: warmes Licht, liebevolle Details, moderne Ausstattung und eine Atmosphäre, die sofort tief durchatmen lässt.
Trotz unserer sehr kurzfristigen Buchung lief alles erstaunlich unkompliziert. Die Kommunikation war nicht nur schnell und freundlich, sondern auch herzlich und persönlich. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns, dass die Hausverwaltung jederzeit erreichbar war – ein Gefühl von Sicherheit und echter Gastfreundschaft, das man nicht überall findet.
Das Haus selbst ist ein Traum: makellos sauber, hochwertig eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen rundum gelungenen Urlaub braucht. Jeder Raum strahlt Ruhe und Wohlgefühl aus, sodass man sich sofort zuhause fühlt. Serenity ist nicht einfach ein Ferienhaus – es ist ein Rückzugsort, an dem man die Zeit vergisst. Wir können Serenity aus tiefster Überzeugung empfehlen.
Wer einen Ort sucht, der Entspannung, Stil und herzlichen Service vereint, wird hier sein persönliches Paradies finden. Wir kommen ganz sicher wieder.

Ein super Haus, das kaum einen Wunsch offen lässt. Den Ausblick auf den Kanal werde ich sehr vermissen. Die Betreuung durch Isabell war sehr freundlich und kompetent. Wir hatten einen sehr, sehr schönen Urlaub in Cape Coral.
