Booking via the Internet is always a matter of trust. As a rental agency, we can only rely on the trust that you as a client are prepared to give. For our many regular customers the decision to book with us is quite easy, because they already had a wonderful holiday in a villa and returning is just a matter of when not if. For those customers who were referred to us through recommendations from existing clients it is also quite straightforward, because you already have someone who shared his personal LVCC Cape Coral experience with you.
To help our new customers - who have found their way directly to us - take that leap of faith as well we would like to share some of our customers' experiences with you.

Wir waren wieder in Cape Coral und haben wieder eine Villa über LVCC gebucht. Wie immer war alles bestens, super Betreuung vor, während und nach dem Aufenthalt. Wieder eine wunderschöne Villa mit allem drum und dran und die 14 Tage sind viel zu schnell vorbeigegangen. Wir kommen im Sommer wieder und haben unsere Villa schon reserviert! Eine absolute Empfehlung!!

Tolles Haus (Villa Nicla) und sehr nette und kompetente Betreuung online, telefonisch und persönlich vor Ort (Vielen Dank, Isabel!). Das Haus ist top ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Die Kaution wurde sofort nach unserer Abreise nach Abzug der Stromkosten erstattet.

Die Villa "Aquamarin" ist ein echter Traum. Wir haben uns hier bei all dem Luxus fast wie Hollywood Stars gefühlt. Wir wünschen Ihnen alles Gute und viele nette Mieter. Dem Haus fehlt es an nichts, außer einer kleinen Bibliothek. Wir haben den Anfang gemacht und Tess Gerritsen hinterlassen.

Urlaub von der ersten Minute an...Begonnen mit der unkomplizierten Anmietung, über das herzliche Willkommen und natürlich mit dem Aufenthalt selbst in der sagenhaft schönen Villa Capricorn konnten wir eine herrliche Urlaubswoche geniessen! Die Villa Capricorn ist noch schöner als es die Bilder hergeben, wahnsinnig geschmackvoll und großzügig eingerichtet, super gut ausgestattet ( inclusive Angeln, Fahrrädern, Beachzubehör), sehr ruhig und doch sehr zentral in Cape Coral gelegen. Das Angeln am Steg bescherte uns unvergessliche Momente, tolle Sonnenaufgänge inklusive.
Der nächste Supermarkt ist nur etwa 5 Minuten entfernt. Auch Fort Myers und Sanibel liegen günstig erreichbar. Wir waren bei der Abreise sehr traurig, aber wir werden sicher wiederkommen!

Villa Sleek is a truly fantastic new house in a superb location, with excellent, high-quality, and tasteful furnishings. The house faces south and is situated on a side channel of the Spreader. Check-in and check-out were absolutely seamless. The management was friendly and dedicated. If I ever have the chance to come to America again, I would gladly stay there again.
Wir hatten wieder die Villa Malu und sie ist sehr schön und hat eine tolle Lage, man braucht mit dem Boot nur wenige Minuten aufs offene Meer - wir lieben es dort und kommen immer wieder sehr gerne. Die Betreuung ist auch sehr gut, man fühlt sich wohl und gut aufgehoben.

Very memorable & wonderful vacation
We brought our family to Cape Coral over the Thanksgiving holiday weekend (total of 9 adults & 2 infants).
The accommodations were just beautiful and we absolutely loved our time there!!
It was very important that the house be comfortable & clean as we knew with small children we would be spending the majority of our time enjoying the pool & facilities.
This home does not disappoint!! It is very well arranged in that every BR has a full bath so each party is able to have a bit of privacy as well.
We would definitely consider coming back in the future and hope to do so!!
Im Namen meiner Familie möchte ich mich herzlich für den unvergesslichen Aufenthalt in der Villa Malu bedanken.
Wir hätten uns keinen besseren Ort vorstellen können, um nach einem fast zweiwöchigen Roadtrip Entspannung und Ruhe zu finden.
Wir waren bereits mehr als zehn Mal in CC, haben bislang aber noch nie ein derart perfekt ausgestattetes Haus bewohnt und einen nicht minder perfekten Service erlebt.
Ein großes Kompliment an Ihr Team!
Einziger Haken: Die Tage sind vergangen wie im Flug.
Aber wir kommen gewiss wieder - wahrscheinlich sogar schon im kommenden Jahr.

Wir haben die Zeit in der Villa Cloud sehr genossen. Super schöner Pool, gepflegter Haus und Garten. Es hat uns sehr gefallen!

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Urlaub in der Villa Number One.
Dieses Haus ist der absolute Wahnsinn und es fehlte uns wirklich an nichts.
Sehr geschmackvoll und liebevoll eingerichtet und fantastisch ausgestattet.
Wir hatten schon einige Ferienhäuser in Cape Coral bei anderen Anbietern aber das war mit Abstand das schönste und auch der Service war einwandfrei.

Wir waren schon oft in Cape Coral, allerdings haben wir zum ersten Mal über LVCC gebucht. Wir können den Service nur weiterempfehlen. Das Haus war ein Traum und die Bilder haben nicht zuviel versprochen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Everything was very clean, cozy, and lovingly furnished.
The kitchen is exceptionally well-equipped, so you can cook anything without any problems.
The quiet location and beautiful surroundings made our stay perfect. Our family is taking home lots of wonderful memories from here.

We spent two wonderful weeks in Villa Alice. We've rented many of the homes in Cape Coral and are always very pleased to come back. The pool was one of our favorites were we spent a lot of time. Also the location of the villa is great.
