Booking via the Internet is always a matter of trust. As a rental agency, we can only rely on the trust that you as a client are prepared to give. For our many regular customers the decision to book with us is quite easy, because they already had a wonderful holiday in a villa and returning is just a matter of when not if. For those customers who were referred to us through recommendations from existing clients it is also quite straightforward, because you already have someone who shared his personal LVCC Cape Coral experience with you.
To help our new customers - who have found their way directly to us - take that leap of faith as well we would like to share some of our customers' experiences with you.
On this page you will find a random selection of experience reports. This is a small excerpt from the reports we have received by email, in the guest books of the villas or as Google ratings. Wir haben zwei wunderbare Ferienwochen in der Villa Eight Lakes verbracht und die schönen Erinnerungen werden uns sicher noch lange durch den Alltag begleiten!
Wir durften unseren Urlaub schon mehrere Male in Florida verbringen und dadurch ist uns der Sunshine State schon ein bisschen zur zweiten Heimat geworden 😊! Wir fühlen uns jeweils sehr wohl und der Abschied fällt uns nie leicht! Daher hoffen wir sobald wie möglich wieder zu kommen!!!

Wir hatten hier eine tolle Zeit! Für unseren Sohn war der Pool besonders toll! Super, dass auch so viele Sachen für den Strand da waren.

Dem Herbst in Deutschland entfliehen, dass kan man in der Villa Aquamarin.
Blauer Himmel, Palmen und das Meer, da kommt sofort Urlaubsstimmung daher.
Das Interieur der Villa ist ein Traum, alles perfekt aufeinander abgestimmt, man glaubt es kaum.
Leider ist unser Urlaub schon vorbei. Wie werden wir sie vermissen, die schönen Abende bei einem Glas Wein auf den gemütlichen Kissen.

Wir waren wieder in Cape Coral und haben wieder eine Villa über LVCC gebucht. Wie immer war alles bestens, super Betreuung vor, während und nach dem Aufenthalt. Wieder eine wunderschöne Villa mit allem drum und dran und die 14 Tage sind viel zu schnell vorbeigegangen. Wir kommen im Sommer wieder und haben unsere Villa schon reserviert! Eine absolute Empfehlung!!

Wir haben uns gut erholt und den Aufenthalt in der Villa Veranda sehr genossen. Wir waren mit dem Service und dem Haus mehr als zufrieden. Ein dickes Lob geht auch an das Reinigungspersonal, welches die Villa in einem Top-Zustand herrichtete.
