Booking via the Internet is always a matter of trust. As a rental agency, we can only rely on the trust that you as a client are prepared to give. For our many regular customers the decision to book with us is quite easy, because they already had a wonderful holiday in a villa and returning is just a matter of when not if. For those customers who were referred to us through recommendations from existing clients it is also quite straightforward, because you already have someone who shared his personal LVCC Cape Coral experience with you.
To help our new customers - who have found their way directly to us - take that leap of faith as well we would like to share some of our customers' experiences with you.

Der Urlaub in CapeCorel und die Villa White Crystal war ein TRAUM und wir haben uns ALLE extrem wohlgefühlt.
Wir haben die zwei Wochen in dieser wunderschöne Villa sehr genossen!! Schon wenn man den ersten Schritt ins Haus macht –
WOW, diese Einrichtung – WOW, diese Aussicht – WOW, diese Details – EINFACH FANTASCHISCH!
Die Villa war sehr sauber und hat eine ausserordentliche kreative luxuriöse premium 5 Sterne Ausstattung.
Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und wird unvergesslich bleiben
Ich bin mir sicher, dass wir wieder in den nächsten Monaten auf Sie zurück kommen werden bezüglich nächster Aufenthalt in einer der Villen von LVCC.
Wir waren zum wiederholten Male in dieser Villa.
Diese ist sehr gepflegt, sehr luxuriös mit einem perfekten Blick in Richtung Sonnenuntergang direkt am Kanal.
Die Verwaltung ist wie immer hoch professionell, sehr freundlich. Wenn es Fragen oder Probleme gibt, sind Sie schnellstmöglich da und kümmern sich damit man einen perfekten tollen Urlaub dort machen kann.
Wir haben schon mehr Häuser gebucht sind immer wieder begeistert und werden dort auch demnächst wieder einen Urlaub verbringen.
Die Häuser und Verwaltung von LV CC sind uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen wenn man einen wunderbaren Florida Urlaub machen möchte

We were so happy to stay for 22 days in this lovely house.
It was the best time ever.
We enjoyed the pool and the awesome view much.
Everything was just perfect.
We were glad enough to see dolphins and even manatees right in front of the house.

Lovely home, beautifully furnished. Nice views of the wide canal. There is a dock and boat lift if you want to rent a boat. Couldn't ask for a better place to spend our vacation.

It’s so hard to relax during this COVID-19 period, and Villa Veranda makes you feel like you are on your luxury regular vocation,
when sun is still bright, when people around are still smiling and you feel like nothing change in this world!!!!
We had so much fun, and fully satisfied with everything! We highly recommend this villa to everyone who wants to enjoy the vocation, like we used to do it before!!!!

We spend relaxed Christmas vacation at the villa Papageno.The furnishing of the house was elegant and luxury.
Also the villa was perfect located and had a gorgeous view to the wide canal.
The Villa left nothing to be desired. Even the Pool- and Spa-Heating was very easy to handle by tablet. We liked to use the Kajaks very much and we enjoyed our small tours over the canal.
The Solar Panels on the roof of the house kept the pool water comfortable warm and the power expenses enjoyable low.
If you compare this villa with a 5star-Hotel, you are much more flexible, you have more privacy, the house has a lot more space and during high season your costs are lower than in a comparable Hotel.
The Service was from the reservation to the introduction of the villa and the support during our stay was magnificent.
We were so satisfied, that we have booked our next vacation home at LVCC already.

obwohl wir zuerst etwas "unsicher" waren was uns in Cape Coral nach dem Hurricane erwartet, durften wir in einem superschönen und sehr gepflegem Haus unseren Urlaub verbringen und hatten wunderschöne Tage bei herrlichem Wetter.
Gerne kommen wir bei der nächsten Cape Coral Urlaubsplanung auf die Villa Different zurück.

"Wir haben die letzte Woche unserer Florida-Ferien in der Villa Aquamarin sehr genossen, uns bestens erholt und waren begeistert von der Sauberkeit, der Einrichtung, der Grösse und und und. Auch die Übernahme resp. Übegabe der Villa vor Ort war 1A und wir werden die Villa resp. Ihre Organisation sehr gerne weiterempfehlen.

Wir danken Euch für diese unvergessliche Zeit, die wir in Eurer Traumvilla verbringen durften. Unsere Ausflüge, die wir in der ersten Woche gestartet haben, hatten wir sehr schnell auf ein Minimum reduzieren müssen, da wir bemerkten, dass die White Crystal uns zu sehr fehlte.
Schweren Herzens werden wir heute mit gepackten Koffern davonziehen und wer weiß, vielleicht kommen wir 2020 wieder zurück!

Urlaub von der ersten Minute an...Begonnen mit der unkomplizierten Anmietung, über das herzliche Willkommen und natürlich mit dem Aufenthalt selbst in der sagenhaft schönen Villa Capricorn konnten wir eine herrliche Urlaubswoche geniessen! Die Villa Capricorn ist noch schöner als es die Bilder hergeben, wahnsinnig geschmackvoll und großzügig eingerichtet, super gut ausgestattet ( inclusive Angeln, Fahrrädern, Beachzubehör), sehr ruhig und doch sehr zentral in Cape Coral gelegen. Das Angeln am Steg bescherte uns unvergessliche Momente, tolle Sonnenaufgänge inklusive.
Der nächste Supermarkt ist nur etwa 5 Minuten entfernt. Auch Fort Myers und Sanibel liegen günstig erreichbar. Wir waren bei der Abreise sehr traurig, aber wir werden sicher wiederkommen!

Wir hatten eine traumhafte Zeit in CC in der Villa Transformer.
Unsere Erwartungen wurden definitiv übertroffen. Die großzügige Villa ist neu und modern eingerichtet und lässt wirklich keinen Wunsch offen. Gerne wieder.

The home was perfect in every way. From the minute we checked into the house, everything was excellent and exactly what anyone could want from a vacation home.
The property manager, was a pleasure to work with and very helpful with any questions on the house or the area. She was able to offer some suggestions on dining and sightseeing in the area.
The house was spotless and well appointed. The kitchen was great to cook in as well as the top notch grill on the patio. The beds are very comfortable. The bathrooms are beautiful and spacious.
The pool and spa were spotless as well and the temperatures can be adjusted to suit everyone’s tastes.
It is very obvious that the owners take great pride in this house and have not overlooked even the slightest detail.
My family has rented about six or seven times in the area and this home was without question, the best home so far. When we decide to rent again, this will be the house we will stay in!! Thanks again for a great home and a vacation with great memories!!
