Booking via the Internet is always a matter of trust. As a rental agency, we can only rely on the trust that you as a client are prepared to give. For our many regular customers the decision to book with us is quite easy, because they already had a wonderful holiday in a villa and returning is just a matter of when not if. For those customers who were referred to us through recommendations from existing clients it is also quite straightforward, because you already have someone who shared his personal LVCC Cape Coral experience with you.
To help our new customers - who have found their way directly to us - take that leap of faith as well we would like to share some of our customers' experiences with you.
On this page you will find a random selection of experience reports. This is a small excerpt from the reports we have received by email, in the guest books of the villas or as Google ratings. Wir haben schon einige Male unsere Ferienvillen über LVCC gebucht und waren immer sehr zufrieden. Die Villen waren immer wie beschrieben wunderschön. Verbesserungsvorschläge wurden gerne entgegengenommen. Die Mitarbeiter sind immer freundlich und sehr bemüht. Zuletzt waren wir im Herbst in der Villa Coraluxe in Cape Coral, die wir leider für fünf Tage wegen des Hurricane Milton verlassen mussten. Besonders freundlich und unendlich bemüht war Isabel, die uns zu jeder Zeit Informationen zur aktuellen Lage gegeben hat. Nochmals herzlichen Dank! Wir werden auf jeden Fall weiter über LVCC buchen, da uns Service gerade in der Hurricane Zeit sehr wichtig ist.

Villa Industrial is a beautiful villa.
We stayed for 2 weeks and we enjoyed each and every moment…..we didn’t want our vacation to end - we even extended one more day at the end.
The house is beautiful, modern, clean with certainly has plenty of room.
The lanai is oversized to accommodate several people lying in the sun while enjoying the pool area and outdoor grill.
Bikes are available to use if you’d like to venture out and see some of Cape Coral as well.
The management company is extremely attentive while going above and beyond.
They responded immediately (within minutes) whenever I reached out and for any reason.
Isabel came to the house the day after we arrived to “check us in” she was so thorough and answered any questions that we had from hearing the pool to the iPad which controls just about everything else.
Isabel was wonderful.
This house has everything you need to enjoy your vacation for sure!!!!
This is the first time I have used LVCC and I frequently visit Cape Coral. For the past 15 years I have always gone through the same property management company (not LVCC) however I will be using LVCC again. They made a wonderful and lasting first impression.

We are repeat customers, this time we rented Villa Malu for almost 2 weeks, LVCC provided again excellent service before as well as during our stay.
The house was in awesome shape, spotless, the pictures matched exactly what we found.
We had a very, very good time and we are looking forward to come again!

Sehr schöne relativ neue Villa Coraluxe. Perfekte ruhige Gegend. Nette Nachbarn. Die Villa hat einen außerordentlich großen Pool und weitläufige Terrasse um den Pool herum. Schöne und bequeme Sitz- und Liegegelegenheiten. Schöne Räume, moderne Einrichtung bis auf den Masterbedroom (neues Bett aber "Old fashioned"). Buchungs- und Zahlungsprozess Top gelaufen. Nette Vor Ort Betreuung. Alles in Allem ein tolles Erlebnis. Danke

Wir waren zum wiederholten Male in dieser Villa.
Diese ist sehr gepflegt, sehr luxuriös mit einem perfekten Blick in Richtung Sonnenuntergang direkt am Kanal.
Die Verwaltung ist wie immer hoch professionell, sehr freundlich. Wenn es Fragen oder Probleme gibt, sind Sie schnellstmöglich da und kümmern sich damit man einen perfekten tollen Urlaub dort machen kann.
Wir haben schon mehr Häuser gebucht sind immer wieder begeistert und werden dort auch demnächst wieder einen Urlaub verbringen.
Die Häuser und Verwaltung von LV CC sind uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen wenn man einen wunderbaren Florida Urlaub machen möchte

We spend relaxed Christmas vacation at the villa Papageno.The furnishing of the house was elegant and luxury.
Also the villa was perfect located and had a gorgeous view to the wide canal.
The Villa left nothing to be desired. Even the Pool- and Spa-Heating was very easy to handle by tablet. We liked to use the Kajaks very much and we enjoyed our small tours over the canal.
The Solar Panels on the roof of the house kept the pool water comfortable warm and the power expenses enjoyable low.
If you compare this villa with a 5star-Hotel, you are much more flexible, you have more privacy, the house has a lot more space and during high season your costs are lower than in a comparable Hotel.
The Service was from the reservation to the introduction of the villa and the support during our stay was magnificent.
We were so satisfied, that we have booked our next vacation home at LVCC already.

Unsere Ferien in der Villa Different waren super, alles hat perfekt geklappt und die Bilder im Internet stimmen 1:1 mit der Wirklichkeit überein. Die ganze Abwicklung von der ersten Minute bis heute mit Ihnen und Ihrem Team war sehr freundlich, herzlich und einfach toll. Auch die Betreuung vor Ort war 1A! Ein Anruf und eine halbe Stunde später war jemand da! Wir freuen uns heute schon riesig auf unseren nächsten Florida-Aufenthalt in der Villa West Indies, die wir kurz von aussen gesehen haben.
Die Villa Different ist ein tolles Haus, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und waren sicher nicht das letzte Mal in dieser Villa!
In diesem Sinne nochmals herzlichen Dank für Ihre Betreuung. Wir wünschen Ihnen eine schöne Zeit und freuen uns auf nächsten April im sonnigen Cape Coral.

Very memorable & wonderful vacation
We brought our family to Cape Coral over the Thanksgiving holiday weekend (total of 9 adults & 2 infants).
The accommodations were just beautiful and we absolutely loved our time there!!
It was very important that the house be comfortable & clean as we knew with small children we would be spending the majority of our time enjoying the pool & facilities.
This home does not disappoint!! It is very well arranged in that every BR has a full bath so each party is able to have a bit of privacy as well.
We would definitely consider coming back in the future and hope to do so!!
Zunächst möchte ich mich noch einmal für den reibungslosen Ablauf sowohl im Vorfeld als auch während unserer Zeit in Cape Coral bedanken.
Das Haus war wirklich toll und wir konnten die Zeit dort genießen. Eigentlich wollten wir ein Jahr Florida aussetzen - aber nach der tollen Zeit, die wir dort verbringen durften, überlegen wir nun doch schon wieder für den kommenden Winter zu buchen...

We're so honored to be your first guests. We've rented many of the homes in Cape Coral and were very pleased with this home. The pool was our favorite were we spent the most of our time!

Everything was very clean, cozy, and lovingly furnished.
The kitchen is exceptionally well-equipped, so you can cook anything without any problems.
The quiet location and beautiful surroundings made our stay perfect. Our family is taking home lots of wonderful memories from here.
