Booking via the Internet is always a matter of trust. As a rental agency, we can only rely on the trust that you as a client are prepared to give. For our many regular customers the decision to book with us is quite easy, because they already had a wonderful holiday in a villa and returning is just a matter of when not if. For those customers who were referred to us through recommendations from existing clients it is also quite straightforward, because you already have someone who shared his personal LVCC Cape Coral experience with you.
To help our new customers - who have found their way directly to us - take that leap of faith as well we would like to share some of our customers' experiences with you.

We were lucky enough to spend 2 weeks here in what we call "Paradise"!
The spacious layout and amazing extra outdoor living space was perfect for our two toddlers, Cooper and Olivia.

I was frankly astounded by the excellency of my stay in this house in Cape Coral. I don't know if it was the location that impressed me, or maybe it was the cool pool, bubbly jacuzzi, or the classy quality of the furnishing.
The master bedroom I stayed in was magnificent and had a vast and very clean bathroom.
It was a special place to spend my days off and I couldn't think of a better place to stay in Cape Coral.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus ist wunderschön, die Betten waren sehr gemütlich und die Sportgeräte haben wir auch genutzt. Unsere Töchter fanden den Pool sehr schön, genau wie wir - wir hatten sehr viel Spaß! Wir haben auch das Kayak genutzt und sind damit raus gefahren.
Wir hatten wunderbare 2 Wochen hier und bedanken uns für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Diese ist sehr gepflegt, sehr luxuriös mit einem perfekten Blick in Richtung Sonnenuntergang direkt am Kanal.
Die Verwaltung ist wie immer hoch professionell, sehr freundlich. Wenn es Fragen oder Probleme gibt, sind Sie schnellstmöglich da und kümmern sich damit man einen perfekten tollen Urlaub dort machen kann.
Wir haben schon mehr Häuser gebucht sind immer wieder begeistert und werden dort auch demnächst wieder einen Urlaub verbringen.
Die Häuser und Verwaltung von LV CC sind uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen wenn man einen wunderbaren Florida Urlaub machen möchte.

We have booked 6 villas through LVCC over the past several years and have always had a wonderful stay.
We have been provided excellent and friendly service, and highly recommend LVCC. All of the homes have been beautiful, and our time in Cape Coral has been great.
One of our favorite vacations was the 8 weeks we stayed recently in Villa Veranda. What a beautiful and very cool home!

Urlaub von der ersten Minute an...Begonnen mit der unkomplizierten Anmietung, über das herzliche Willkommen und natürlich mit dem Aufenthalt selbst in der sagenhaft schönen Villa Capricorn konnten wir eine herrliche Urlaubswoche geniessen! Die Villa Capricorn ist noch schöner als es die Bilder hergeben, wahnsinnig geschmackvoll und großzügig eingerichtet, super gut ausgestattet ( inclusive Angeln, Fahrrädern, Beachzubehör), sehr ruhig und doch sehr zentral in Cape Coral gelegen. Das Angeln am Steg bescherte uns unvergessliche Momente, tolle Sonnenaufgänge inklusive.
Der nächste Supermarkt ist nur etwa 5 Minuten entfernt. Auch Fort Myers und Sanibel liegen günstig erreichbar. Wir waren bei der Abreise sehr traurig, aber wir werden sicher wiederkommen!

Wir hatten die Villa 8-Lakes gebucht in der Hoffnung, dass wir eine schöne Sicht über den See haben und ein Gefühl der Weite. Wir wurden nicht enttäuscht, speziell der Sonnenuntergang konnte magisch sein.
Das Haus selbst war über die Seite sehr einfach zu buchen, die Fotos stimmten und Fragen wurden vom Team super fix und kompetent beantwortet.
Vor Ort war alles perfekt vorbereitet und wie beschrieben, wir wurden super betreut und haben uns vom ersten Tag an wie Zuhause gefühlt. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder und konnten in der Zwischenzeit schon Freunde begeistern, die Villa für nächstes Jahr zu buchen.

Unser Urlaub in der Villa Monarch war wunderbar-wir waren rundum zufrieden: das Haus war toll, sehr sauber, alles hat funktioniert, die Einweisung vor Ort sehr freundlich (wir haben ziemlich detailliert befragt bezüglich GreenCard...) und zuvorkommend.
Sollten wir wieder nach Florida kommen, werden wir ganz sicher über Sie buchen!
We spent relaxed Christmas vacation at the villa Papageno.The furnishing of the house was elegant and luxury.
Also the villa was perfect located and had a gorgeous view to the wide canal.
The Villa left nothing to be desired. Even the Pool- and Spa-Heating was very easy to handle by tablet. We liked to use the Kajaks very much and we enjoyed our small tours over the canal.
The Solar Panels on the roof of the house kept the pool water comfortable warm and the power expenses enjoyable low.
If you compare this villa with a 5star-Hotel, you are much more flexible, you have more privacy, the house has a lot more space and during high season your costs are lower than in a comparable Hotel.
The Service was from the reservation to the introduction of the villa and the support during our stay was magnificent.
We were so satisfied, that we have booked our next vacation home at LVCC already.

Das Haus war super. Haben uns wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt.Toller Service auch von VillaCC bei Abwicklung und Kommunikation. Werden beim nächsten Mal mit Sicherheit wieder bei Ihnen buchen.
Unsere Ferien in der Villa Different waren super, alles hat perfekt geklappt und die Bilder im Internet stimmen 1:1 mit der Wirklichkeit überein. Die ganze Abwicklung von der ersten Minute bis heute mit Ihnen und Ihrem Team war sehr freundlich, herzlich und einfach toll. Auch die Betreuung vor Ort war 1A! Ein Anruf und eine halbe Stunde später war jemand da! Wir freuen uns heute schon riesig auf unseren nächsten Florida-Aufenthalt in der Villa West Indies, die wir kurz von aussen gesehen haben.
Die Villa Different ist ein tolles Haus, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und waren sicher nicht das letzte Mal in dieser Villa!

It was the best time ever.
We enjoyed the pool and the awesome view much.
Everything was just perfect.
We were glad enough to see dolphins and even manatees right in front of the house.

Der Aufenthalt in der Villa Eight Lake war wunderschön und wir haben alle beschlossen und verkündet, dass wir definitv nicht zum letzten Mal dort waren.
Die Villa war traumhaft. Die Raumaufteilung, die Innengestaltung und die Lage hat uns sehr sehr gut gefallen. Großes Lob !!!

Von Anfang bis Ende ein herausragender Service, sehr hilfsbereit und bemüht es dem Gast so angenehm zu gestalten wie es nur geht. Für mich zukünftig die erste Wahl zur Anmietung eines Hauses in Cape Coral. Und das Haus war mehr als ausgezeichnet.

Unsere Zeit in der Villa Industrial war einfach großartig, alles war so wie auf der Webseite beschrieben. Die Crew der Agentur LVCC war genauso toll.
