Booking via the Internet is always a matter of trust. As a rental agency, we can only rely on the trust that you as a client are prepared to give. For our many regular customers the decision to book with us is quite easy, because they already had a wonderful holiday in a villa and returning is just a matter of when not if. For those customers who were referred to us through recommendations from existing clients it is also quite straightforward, because you already have someone who shared his personal LVCC Cape Coral experience with you.
To help our new customers - who have found their way directly to us - take that leap of faith as well we would like to share some of our customers' experiences with you.

wir haben uns in der Tat sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten eine tolle Woche in der Villa Galaxy, die uns sehr gut gefallen hat. Vielen Dank auch nochmals für die gute Betreuung und den reibungslosen Ablauf.
Unser Urlaub in der Villa Monarch war wunderbar-wir waren rundum zufrieden: das Haus war toll, sehr sauber, alles hat funktioniert, die Einweisung vor Ort sehr freundlich (wir haben ziemlich detailliert befragt bezüglich GreenCard...) und zuvorkommend.
Sollten wir wieder nach Florida kommen, werden wir ganz sicher über Sie buchen!

I was frankly astounded by the excellency of my stay in this house in Cape Coral. I don't know if it was the location that impressed me, or maybe it was the cool pool, bubbly jacuzzi, or the classy quality of the furnishing.
The master bedroom I stayed in was magnificent and had a vast and very clean bathroom.
It was a special place to spend my days off and I couldn't think of a better place to stay in Cape Coral.

Many thanks for sharing your beautiful house to us. We spent here more than a week. Our granddaughter loved the pool and play tractor so much. We had a good time and totally relaxed.

Die Betreuung durch LVCC war von der Buchung bis hin zur Endabrechnung durchweg problemlos. Wir haben im Mai 2025 drei Wochen in der wunderschönen Villa Imagine verbracht und waren begeistert. Ein modernes Smart-Home mit vielen Annehmlichkeiten. Es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Da das Haus über eine Photovoltaik-Anlage verfügt, waren unsere Stromkosten sehr gering. Die persönliche Betreuung vor Ort war ebenfalls super. Wir bedanken uns recht herzlich bei dem gesamten Team und wir sind uns sicher, dass wir bald wiederkommen werden.

Waren beim ersten „Entree“ bis zum traurigen verlassen müssen, überwältigt und restlos begeistert von dem tollen Haus.
Die druchweg freundliche, offene und zuverlässige Betreuung war super und wir können jedem die LVCC Villa Vertu empfehlen!! Freuen uns aufs nächste Mal

Ein super Haus, das kaum einen Wunsch offen lässt. Den Ausblick auf den Kanal werde ich sehr vermissen. Die Betreuung durch Isabell war sehr freundlich und kompetent. Wir hatten einen sehr, sehr schönen Urlaub in Cape Coral.

It’s so hard to relax during this COVID-19 period, and Villa Veranda makes you feel like you are on your luxury regular vocation,
when sun is still bright, when people around are still smiling and you feel like nothing change in this world!!!!
We had so much fun, and fully satisfied with everything! We highly recommend this villa to everyone who wants to enjoy the vocation, like we used to do it before!!!!

Ich möchte ihnen und ihrem Team auch im Namen der Mitreisenden herzlich danken. Der unkomplizierte Buchungsprozess sowie der Service und die Betreuung vor Ort haben maßgeblich zu einem wunderbaren Urlaub beigetragen. Als wir uns einmal versehentlich aus der Villa ausgesperrt haben, war der Verwalter nach einem Anruf umgehend mit einem Ersatzschlüssel vor Ort. Das war für uns auf Grund der doch recht weiten Strecken bzw. langen Fahrtzeiten keine Selbstverständlichkeit. Sehr gerne werde ich sie weiterempfehlen, da auch ich durch eine Empfehlung auf sie aufmerksam geworden bin. Das war mit Sicherheit nicht unser letzter Urlaub in Cape Coral.

My wife and I shared this magnificent home for 4 weeks with our daughter, son-in-law and our grandchildren from Michigan. We also entertained some cousins and their children who were visiting Cape Coral at the same time from Buffalo, NY. Also another cousin who lives part time in Cape Coral. Everyone was so impressed by the top-notch quality of every aspect of this property. The owner’s attention to detail is evident in every corner and as an architect, much appreciated.
We want to sincerely thank the owners and property manager for making our stay very special and memorable.
We have already booked for next year!

Herzlichen Dank an das ganze LV CC Team - wir genossen 2 ganz tolle Wochen in der super Villa Galaxy sowie in der sehr schönen Villa Spirit of the River! Der Urlaub war auch deshalb so angenehm, weil rund um die Miete und die Villen einfach alles geklappt hat: Die Häuser waren wie gebucht bereit, keine komplizierte Ueber- und Abgabe und eine ganz tolle Betreuung vor Ort hat es für uns sehr einfach und angenehm gemacht. Ganz klar: Wir kommen wieder zu Euch!
