Booking via the Internet is always a matter of trust. As a rental agency, we can only rely on the trust that you as a client are prepared to give. For our many regular customers the decision to book with us is quite easy, because they already had a wonderful holiday in a villa and returning is just a matter of when not if. For those customers who were referred to us through recommendations from existing clients it is also quite straightforward, because you already have someone who shared his personal LVCC Cape Coral experience with you.
To help our new customers - who have found their way directly to us - take that leap of faith as well we would like to share some of our customers' experiences with you.

I can highly recommend Luxury Villas Cape Coral, LVCC.
We stayed at the Villa Florida Diamond and Villa White Crystal and they were both absolutely amazing..
White Crystal is large, elegant and a very impressive home. The nightly views at sunset are absolutely stunning, especially looking out over the infinity pool with the fireplace lite.
My husband especially enjoyed fishing off the boat dock. Great fishing…
We have booked with LVCC for the past two years and plan on the next time we travel to Cape Coral. Thanks LVCC for an amazing experience!

We recently returned from our third stay at the beautiful Villa Frizzante and, as always, everything was absolutely perfect.
This is no ordinary rental as everything from the cookware /dishes to the furniture is first class.
The quality of this rental is a testament to both the owner and the management company.
Even after three years the villa shows no signs of wear. In fact, the owner goes to great lengths to ensure that their rental is constantly updated to reflect the highest standard and the LVCC rep is always available if we have questions.
For example, after our first stay, we casually mentioned that we were renting bicycles. To our great astonishment, upon arriving for our second stay, they surprised us with two brand new bikes for guest use.
I wholeheartedly recommend Villa Frizzante and LVCC…you will not be disappointed

UPDATE 2025....Just finished our fourth wonderful stay at Frizzante and the highest standards continue with new upgrades in TV and BBQ etc(even the towels were new this year).
Everything is maintained at a very high standard and management is quick to address any questions. We are already booked here for our next winter getaway.
I highly recomend both this villa and all LVCC properties as they are all beautiful and well taken care of.

Tolles Haus (Villa Nicla) und sehr nette und kompetente Betreuung online, telefonisch und persönlich vor Ort (Vielen Dank, Isabel!). Das Haus ist top ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Die Kaution wurde sofort nach unserer Abreise nach Abzug der Stromkosten erstattet.

Es war ein unvergesslicher Urlaub. Wir waren zum 3. Mal in Cape Coral und wir würden jeder Zeit wieder kommen. Das Haus ist unglaublich, wir haben uns sehr sehr sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir hoffen sehr, dass wir es erneut buchen können, es war für zwei Wochen unser Zuhause.

We were back again this year at Villa Marco. Wrapping up another 10 days of rest and relaxation. Can't say how much we appreciate you opening your beautiful home to our family once again. Great people, beautiful location across from the park.

Wir hatten die Villa Aquamarin die ersten 14 Tage im April 2023 für 7 Personen gemietet.
Da wir bis jetzt nur Hotels in den USA genutzt hatten, waren wir sehr gespannt. Die Abwicklung im Vorfeld funktionierte perfekt und freuten uns schon.
Was soll ich sagen: von 100 möglichen Punkten sind 100 erreicht worden.
Wir waren alle super zufrieden. Der Vorortservice, sogar in deutsch, funktionierte perfekt.
Das Objekt war sehr gepflegt und in einem sehr gutem Zustand.
Einziges Problem: der Urlaub war wieder viel zu schnell rum.
Mein Fazit ist, dass wir LVCC sehr gern weiter empfehlen werden und dies auch bereits mit Freunden geteilt haben.
Unser nächster Florida-Urlaub wird uns definitiv wieder zu zusammen führen. Noch einmal vielen Dank und viele Grüße.

Total "geflasht" haben wir diese wunderschöne Villa Cloud betreten und jede Sekunde bis zum Schluss genossen. Perfekt ausgestattet mit allem was das Herz begehrt. Es fehlte uns an NICHTS!
Jeden Morgen im Paradies aufzuwachen, mit einem wunderschönen Pool vor Augen - das ist Entspannung pur!
Die Kajak-Fahrten, die Outdoor-Küche, "poolen" und selbst das Wäschewaschen wird zum Event.

Der Blick von der Terrasse auf Pool, Kanal und Sonnenuntergang werden wir sehr vermissen.

Der Aufenthalt in der Villa Eight Lake war wunderschön und wir haben alle beschlossen und verkündet, dass wir definitv nicht zum letzten Mal dort waren.
Die Villa war traumhaft. Die Raumaufteilung, die Innengestaltung und die Lage hat uns sehr sehr gut gefallen. Großes Lob !!!

Liebes LVCC Team,
wir möchten die Gelegenheit nutzen und uns an dieser Stelle einmal persönlich
bedanken. Seit mittlerweile über 20 Jahren reisen wir im deutschen Winter in den
Sunshine State. In diesem Jahr sind wir, durch einen Hinweis einer Hausverwaltung, bei
Ihnen gelandet und schlichtweg begeistert.
Beginnend mit der tollen Auswahl der Häuser, über die erstklassige
Buchungsabwicklung (ihr Onlinetool) sowie der rechtzeitigen Bereitstellung der
Anreiseinformation, waren wir gespannt, was uns erwartet.
Angekommen in Cape Coral, haben wir das mit Abstand schönste Haus der letzten Jahre
betreten und mussten feststellen, hier wurde nicht zu viel versprochen. Alles war wie
beschrieben und ihr Team vor Ort war ausgesprochen nett und sehr hilfsbereit. Sogar,
an einen Begrüßungsdrink wurde gedacht. Das es dann auch noch so kurzfristig mit
einem Boot geklappt hat, war sicher auch Glück, aber auch hier war ihr Team super
flexibel.
Wie geschrieben, möchten wir einfach nur „Danke“ sagen und freuen uns auf den
kommenden Februar in Cape Coral.
