Booking via the Internet is always a matter of trust. As a rental agency, we can only rely on the trust that you as a client are prepared to give. For our many regular customers the decision to book with us is quite easy, because they already had a wonderful holiday in a villa and returning is just a matter of when not if. For those customers who were referred to us through recommendations from existing clients it is also quite straightforward, because you already have someone who shared his personal LVCC Cape Coral experience with you.
To help our new customers - who have found their way directly to us - take that leap of faith as well we would like to share some of our customers' experiences with you.
On this page you will find a random selection of experience reports. This is a small excerpt from the reports we have received by email, in the guest books of the villas or as Google ratings. We spent two wonderful weeks in Villa Alice. We've rented many of the homes in Cape Coral and are always very pleased to come back. The pool was one of our favorites were we spent a lot of time. Also the location of the villa is great.
Thank you for having us and we are looking forward to be back!
My wife and I shared this magnificent home for 4 weeks with our daughter, son-in-law and our grandchildren from Michigan. We also entertained some cousins and their children who were visiting Cape Coral at the same time from Buffalo, NY. Also another cousin who lives part time in Cape Coral. Everyone was so impressed by the top-notch quality of every aspect of this property. The owner’s attention to detail is evident in every corner and as an architect, much appreciated.
We want to sincerely thank the owners and property manager for making our stay very special and memorable.
We have already booked for next year!

We have had some fantastic days here in the Villa Industrial! We've enjoyed the 16 days here and hope to be back soon.

Wir haben 2 wunderbare Ferienwochen in der Villa Monroe verbracht. Es hat von der Buchung bis zum Schluss, alles bestens geklappt. Die Villa ist sehr stillvoll eingerichtet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Herzlichen Dank!
Wir waren mitte Mai für 8 Tage in der Villa Vertu und es war einfach nur wunderschön.
Die Villa ist Atemberaubend und wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt.
Cape Coral ist super wir haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt.
Die Betreuung durch LVCC war auch bestens, vor Ort durch Isabel wie auch im Voraus mit der Buchung. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. 😃

Everything was very clean, cozy, and lovingly furnished.
The kitchen is exceptionally well-equipped, so you can cook anything without any problems.
The quiet location and beautiful surroundings made our stay perfect. Our family is taking home lots of wonderful memories from here.

We had a wonderful stay here at Villa Imagine! The house offers numerous amenities, including sophisticated lighting, a cozy fireplace, a well-equipped kitchen, and a pool area with impressive technical features.
Everything was perfect and we would love to return.

Es war wieder ein Traumurlaub und die Villa Grace ist außergewöhlich, vor allem der Blick der untergehenden Sonne :-)
Wir werden mit Sicherheit nicht zum letzten Mal eines ihrer Häuser gemietet haben.

Wir haben eine tolle Zeit in der Villa Monroe verbracht. Sie war super sauber und noch schöner als auf den Fotos.
Das Haus war mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Auch Salz, Pfeffer, Öl, Essig, Backpapier, …standen zur Verfügung. Ebenso 2 Angeln die gleich zum Einsatz kamen.
Der Pool war rießen groß und sehr sauber und auch der Spa war mega!
Wir haben es sehr genoßen bei Sonnenuntergang zu grillen, gemütlich zu Essen, zu schwimmen und dann Abends mit einer Flasche Bier draußen beim Fernsehen schauen den Abend ausklingen zu lassen.
Unsere Ansprechpartnerin Anja war super nett und beantwortete uns alle Fragen. Wir können die Villa Monroe jedem empfehlen.

Von Anfang bis Ende ein herausragender Service, sehr hilfsbereit und bemüht es dem Gast so angenehm zu gestalten wie es nur geht. Für mich zukünftig die erste Wahl zur Anmietung eines Hauses in Cape Coral. Und das Haus war mehr als ausgezeichnet.
