Booking via the Internet is always a matter of trust. As a rental agency, we can only rely on the trust that you as a client are prepared to give. For our many regular customers the decision to book with us is quite easy, because they already had a wonderful holiday in a villa and returning is just a matter of when not if. For those customers who were referred to us through recommendations from existing clients it is also quite straightforward, because you already have someone who shared his personal LVCC Cape Coral experience with you.
To help our new customers - who have found their way directly to us - take that leap of faith as well we would like to share some of our customers' experiences with you.
On this page you will find a random selection of experience reports. This is a small excerpt from the reports we have received by email, in the guest books of the villas or as Google ratings. This list is updated several times a day. However, if you are already looking for specific experiences of a particular villa, you will find them at the end of the respective villa page.
Mit der letzten Lufthansa-Maschine vor der Corona-Schließung sind wir in Miami angekommen und haben dann zwei tolle Wochen in der Villa Noumena verbracht - leider ohne unsere Freunde, denen die möglichen Konsequenzen von Corona zu riskant erschienen. Die Sorge war berechtigt. Wir sind nach den beiden Urlaubswochen weitere 4,5 Wochen „gestrandet“. Das LVCC-Team in der Vermietung und der Betreuung beider Villen hat uns freundschaftlich beiseite gestanden, so dass aus dem „worst case“ ein „very good case“ wurde. Wir verbrachten die Overtime in der Villa Glamour, konnten vor dort aus dank der guten Infrastruktur hervorragend arbeiten und die Zeit genießen. Fünfmal wurde unser Rückflug verschoben, fünfmal hat uns das LVCC-Team kurzfristig und unbürokratisch unterstützt - vielen Dank an Alle! Wie schon 10 mal zuvor, werden wir wieder nach Cape Coral kommen und über LVCC buchen!

We're so honored to be your first guests. We've rented many of the homes in Cape Coral and were very pleased with this home. The pool was our favorite were we spent the most of our time!

What a beautiful villa! Three generations had a delightful and restful vacation. We loved watching the boat parade. Spa was a treat. No detail was missed in this luxury villa. Many blessings for the owners future guests!

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus ist wunderschön, die Betten waren sehr gemütlich und die Sportgeräte haben wir auch genutzt. Unsere Töchter fanden den Pool sehr schön, genau wie wir - wir hatten sehr viel Spaß! Wir haben auch das Kayak genutzt und sind damit raus gefahren.
Wir hatten wunderbare 2 Wochen hier und bedanken uns für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Die Tage in Cape Coral waren für mich wie auch allen anderen Mitreisenden absolut traumhaft.
Die Villa hat sich exakt so schön gezeigt, wie es die Fotos im Internet versprechen - das Wetter war sowieso erwartungsgemäß heiß und fast immer sonnig.
Auch der sympathische Empfang am Tag nach unserer Anreise war für uns sehr angenehm – wir mussten nicht einmal unsere verstaubten Englischkenntnisse strapazieren.
Kurz zusammengefasst kann ich nur sagen, dass alles in allem für uns perfekt war:
Die wunderschöne Villa mit ihrer hervorragenden Ausstattung und besonders auch die unkomplizierte und kompetente Abwicklung seitens der Agentur.
Auf alle Fälle werden wir das „Gesamtpaket“ gerne weiterempfehlen.
Abschließend möchte ich noch die tollen Lage erwähnen, direkt gegenüber von Cape Harbour. Restaurants und Bars für schöne Abende im Hafen waren schnell erreichbar

We've been spending our summer vacation here in Cape Coral for 15 years. Like every year we enjoy our vacation very much. Thank you for a wonderful time in an extraordinary house.
Wir haben eine Woche in der Villa Kiara verbracht und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist wunderschön, sehr modern und mit allem ausgestattet, was man sich nur vorstellen kann. Man hat den ganzen Tag Sonne am Pool und es ist sehr ruhig dort. Auch die Betreuung vor Ort war hervorragend. Wir kommen bestimmt einmal wieder!

Wir sind sehr erstaunt und gleichzeitig hocherfreut, wie zügig, professionell und problemlos die gesamte Anmietung des Hauses ablief. Hierfür ein großes "Dankeschön".

We spent relaxed Christmas vacation at the villa Papageno.The furnishing of the house was elegant and luxury.
Also the villa was perfect located and had a gorgeous view to the wide canal.
The Villa left nothing to be desired. Even the Pool- and Spa-Heating was very easy to handle by tablet. We liked to use the Kajaks very much and we enjoyed our small tours over the canal.
The Solar Panels on the roof of the house kept the pool water comfortable warm and the power expenses enjoyable low.
If you compare this villa with a 5star-Hotel, you are much more flexible, you have more privacy, the house has a lot more space and during high season your costs are lower than in a comparable Hotel.
The Service was from the reservation to the introduction of the villa and the support during our stay was magnificent.
We were so satisfied, that we have booked our next vacation home at LVCC already.

Unsere Maxime bei unseren vielen Reisen ist „nicht schlechter als zu Hause wohnen“ . Das ist eine echte Herausforderung, aber die Villa Galaxy hat unsere Maxime erfüllt. Ein fantastisches Haus, perfekte Lage mit Boot, gute Ausrichtung und noch bessere Einrichtung.
Fazit: perfektes Urlaubsziel und da wir nur zu zweit waren, üppig.
