Booking via the Internet is always a matter of trust. As a rental agency, we can only rely on the trust that you as a client are prepared to give. For our many regular customers the decision to book with us is quite easy, because they already had a wonderful holiday in a villa and returning is just a matter of when not if. For those customers who were referred to us through recommendations from existing clients it is also quite straightforward, because you already have someone who shared his personal LVCC Cape Coral experience with you.

It’s so hard to relax during this COVID-19 period, and Villa Veranda makes you feel like you are on your luxury regular vocation,
when sun is still bright, when people around are still smiling and you feel like nothing change in this world!!!!

Die Villa Amalaya in Cape Coral ist ein wunderschönes Domizil mit einem traumhaften Ausblick auf den Kanal. Sie ist optimal für eine Familie mit bis zu vier Kindern geeignet oder für zwei erwachsene Paare. Die große Küche und die Terrasse mit Pool und Whirlpool sind die Highlights der Villa. Ein Besuch ist sehr empfehlenswert.

Lovely home, beautifully furnished. Nice views of the wide canal. There is a dock and boat lift if you want to rent a boat. Couldn't ask for a better place to spend our vacation.

Kein Detail wurde weggelassen, die Farben und Materialien haben miteinander harmoniert.

Urlaub von der ersten Minute an...Begonnen mit der unkomplizierten Anmietung, über das herzliche Willkommen und natürlich mit dem Aufenthalt selbst in der sagenhaft schönen Villa Capricorn konnten wir eine herrliche Urlaubswoche geniessen! Die Villa Capricorn ist noch schöner als es die Bilder hergeben, wahnsinnig geschmackvoll und großzügig eingerichtet, super gut ausgestattet ( inclusive Angeln, Fahrrädern, Beachzubehör), sehr ruhig und doch sehr zentral in Cape Coral gelegen. Das Angeln am Steg bescherte uns unvergessliche Momente, tolle Sonnenaufgänge inklusive.
Der nächste Supermarkt ist nur etwa 5 Minuten entfernt. Auch Fort Myers und Sanibel liegen günstig erreichbar. Wir waren bei der Abreise sehr traurig, aber wir werden sicher wiederkommen!

wir sind zurück aus unserem wundervollen Urlaub und haben diesen sehr genossen. Das Wetter war von Charleston bis Cape Coral ein Traum und wir konnten sehr viel Sonne tanken. Ich wollte mich hiermit auch sehr herzlich für den Aufenthalt in der Villa Glory Days bedanken. Die Bilder haben nicht zu viel versprochen und wir haben ein schönes und gepflegtes Haus vorgefunden, in welchem wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben.
Wir haben uns wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt in der Villa und haben die Zeit genossen.Die Lage der Villa ist zusätzlich ein Traum, dort kann man sich super entspannen und den Urlaub einfach nur genießen.Wir werden Sie auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen und mit Sicherheit irgendwann wieder eine Villa mieten.Lieben Dank auch an Herrn Walter, er hat uns super empfangen und bei Fragen immer erreichbar.

Wir waren mit der Familie Weihnachten/Silvester 2025 zu Gast in der Villa Vertu in Cape Coral! Als langjährige treue Kunden von LVCC haben wir diesmal die großzügige und sehr repräsentative Villa im Südwesten von CC gewählt!! Da wir den ausgezeichneten Service, Beratung und Betreuung von LVCC in unserem Falle bereits seit fast 20 Jahren zu schätzen wissen, sind gerade sie immer erste Wahl wenn’s um Traumvillen in bester Lage geht!! Aktuell dürfen wir sagen, dass die ruhige Lage, die gepflegte gar noble Umgebung und die moderne Villa selbst einfach nur Top waren, vermutlich die schönste Immobilie aller der uns bislang bewohnten Häuser!! Die täglichen Sonnenuntergänge direkt über den angrenzenden Mangroven sind einfach unvergleichlich!! Der kurze und einfache Weg per gechartertem Boot in wenigen Minuten aufs Meer einfach toll!! Wir können die Villa Vertu gerade anspruchsvollen Florida und insbesondere Cape Coral Fans nur empfehlen!! Wir selbst kommen ganz sicher wieder!!

We've been spending our summer vacation here in Cape Coral for 15 years. Like every year we enjoy our vacation very much. Thank you for a wonderful time in an extraordinary house.
Wir waren Ende März 2025 zu sechst mit Kleinkind, für eine Woche in der Villa Aquamarin, und waren mehr als begeistert. Die Villa ist schöner als es auf den Fotos rüberkommt. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Der Ansprechpartner vor Ort war sehr nett und hilfreich und hat bei Fragen schnell geantwortet. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Thank you to the owners for opening your house to our family. Thank you to LVCC property management for your warm welcome! Our family of 4 enjoyed every minute of our stay. Cape Coral has become our home away from home in Massachusetts for the last 18 years and Villa Marco did not disappoint. Everything in this home is very well appointed. After a very beautiful week of sunbathing, swimming, cooking and reconnecting, we are sad to head home.
We would recommend Villa Marco to anyone looking for a villa in Cape Coral.

Villa Industrial is a beautiful villa.
We stayed for 2 weeks and we enjoyed each and every moment…..we didn’t want our vacation to end - we even extended one more day at the end.
The house is beautiful, modern, clean with certainly has plenty of room.
The lanai is oversized to accommodate several people lying in the sun while enjoying the pool area and outdoor grill.
Bikes are available to use if you’d like to venture out and see some of Cape Coral as well.
The management company is extremely attentive while going above and beyond.
They responded immediately (within minutes) whenever I reached out and for any reason.
Isabel came to the house the day after we arrived to “check us in” she was so thorough and answered any questions that we had from hearing the pool to the iPad which controls just about everything else.
Isabel was wonderful.
This house has everything you need to enjoy your vacation for sure!!!!
This is the first time I have used LVCC and I frequently visit Cape Coral. For the past 15 years I have always gone through the same property management company (not LVCC) however I will be using LVCC again. They made a wonderful and lasting first impression.

wir haben uns in der modernen „Villa Malu“ sehr wohlgefühlt und würden das Haus jederzeit wieder mieten. Die großzügige Poolterrasse hat uns besonders gut gefallen.

Very memorable & wonderful vacation
We brought our family to Cape Coral over the Thanksgiving holiday weekend (total of 9 adults & 2 infants).
The accommodations were just beautiful and we absolutely loved our time there!!
It was very important that the house be comfortable & clean as we knew with small children we would be spending the majority of our time enjoying the pool & facilities.
This home does not disappoint!! It is very well arranged in that every BR has a full bath so each party is able to have a bit of privacy as well.
We would definitely consider coming back in the future and hope to do so!!
