The amount of the security deposit depends on the size of your dream villa. You may find the amount in the price information below. In case of a long-term rental a higher security deposit is required.
Easter and Christmas holidays :
Price up to 4 persons: US$ 5.800,00 / week
Each additional guest: US $ 500,00 / week
High-Season ( Jan 7th - May 31st ):
Price up to 4 persons: US $ 4.500,00 / week
Each additional guest: US $ 400,00 / week
Regular Season:
Price up to 4 persons: US $ 3.700,00 / week
Each additional guest: US $ 400,00 / week
Maximum occupancy: Maximum occupancy: 6 persons (8 persons upon request)
The final cleaning does not include BBQ cleaning. This is a separate fee ( if a BBQ cleaning is required )
Security deposit (not included in the price calculated by the price calculator): US $ 1500,00
Electricity, and if appicable propane, as used
ATTENTION: Charging electric vehicles at the house is prohbited due to danger of electricity fires
6.5 % Florida Tax and 5 % Tourist Tax
